Though we close the allotment for the rooms online, for some reason, the booking went thru even though the hotel was running full. Please note that the guest WAS REFUNDED IN FULL, and that there was no money burnt. The management would appreciate if the guest could narate in full instead of a half way narration. Overall fine. However, the floor mat is really dirty and disgusting. Room are smaller than 1st visit, this is my second visit to this hotel. Staff continues to talk on phone and ignore customer while the customer is standing in front of the him..

We do not tolerate dirty mats or dirty rooms. We also do not allow the staff to have private chat over the mobile or hotel phone, unless it is in respect of bookings or relevant hotel matters. We will investigate and do the needful. Tq The Management

Very difficult to respond as we are unsure the crux of the matter at hand. Not giving a high score denotes that the guest is unhappy but we need to have facts in order for us to take remedial measures. Although the location name as sunway, but the area for the hotel is quite quiet especially during night time. There have plenty for foreigner walk by during night time, raise a safety concern. The cleanliness is horrible, bed sheet have black stain on it, cover of the bed got lots of yellow stain, the room will no have cleaning services until check out. The floor could feel sand and some small rock on it. Already informed the incident to the receptionist and the person mentioned will clean it up, but after back from outside, the room still remain the same. The ignorant of the worker at this hotel is super disappointing.

There is nothing much we can do about the area outside at it is a common area but then the whole of Sunway has plenty of foreigners. Having said that, we are please to inform that there has not been any such disturbance towards the hotel guest since the day the hotel opened. As for the cleaniness situation, the management takes a very serious stand on cleaniness as these is a prerequisite of a guest wanting to stay at our hotel. We will take the necessary steps, including diciplinary action if the staff has been found to be negligent at work. Tq The Management

stafs were so friendly. location is very nearby to Sunway lagoon and Sunway pyramid. got alot of restaurants beside to the hotel.

first on conter reception 2 girl india treat like manager bank because them 2 black india fat and 1 predator wife.. her 1st time touch the pc mouse..and hotel rules so fucking shit.. not appreciate customer come in and out!! not respect when customer walk in.. makan duit deposit,masa checkout macam macam tak tutup tv masa checkout then deposit kena burn rm50 second time pun seorang aunty kena burn deposit sebab towel guna terlalu basah!! acah2 hotel 6star,reality hotel like 6starshit!! loser fat india at counter!!

Dear Audrey, The RM50 charge was made to you as you were smoking in the room, despite the hotel staff telling you not to do so. The normal charge for smoking in the room is RM200. Yours was a much reduced rate. You do not appreciate the good natureness of the hotel. Instead, you were abusive towards the hotel staff. You are definately not welcome to the hotel as the hotel prefers cultured guest, not the type who are arrogant, snobbish and ill mannered as you are. We can also label you in much derogatory ways as what and how you label my staff but we chose not to stoop to your low levels. You do not pay on time, are loud, defy all hotel rules and yet you expect to be treated otherwise. Please remember you reap the seeds you sow. Thank you The Management

Seriously rude receptionist,two indian girl staffs in the reception treated me like I've owed them $...Considering on staying for even longer but the staffs really made me feel like I'm not paying for my stay.And boss should put a voice recording devices in the reception so that he'll know how his staffs treated their hotel guests!

Dear Guest, I have seen you and explain to you that we do not allow nor give credit to the hotel guest. The staff was right is asking payment from you and you, instead of paying, give them the runaround. While we follow the adage that 'guest is right', we have to a make an exception in your case as you simply don't follow the hotel's instructions ie to return the room card key for extension, delay in payment, rude to the hotel guest etc... As such, I would request Agoda to NOT this review into our ratings, as this unfairly rates the hotel. We have no qualms in taking negative comments but they must be reasonable, where we can improve ourselves. This sort of ratings is absurd and if the guest keeps defaulting in payments and being rude to staff, they are most welcome to seek another hotel. Thanks The Management

I really like one of the housekeeping staff(an indian housekeeping lady named Sarah),she always asked if everything is okay.Comparing to the other staffs they didn't even know if we existed.Hope the reception staffs could be more friendly.

Dear Sir, While there is no excuse for such a thing to happen, but on the said day, we were running full house and we have told the staff to close the allotment for the online travel agents. It must have been done slightly later as you were able to book a room during that window period. We have refunded you but please note that it is never our intention to turn away any guest. For that, we apologize profusely for the inconvenience caused to you. Please do come visit us again and the front office staff will accord you a 20% discount on your next visit, provided that you let us know beforehand of your planned visit. Thank you The Management

Today on 21/7/2018,while I was still sleeping suddenly there's a staff came in without knocking and I don't think I was dreaming.At first,I thought the reception was going to call and apologize for it but nothing at all.And the hotel wifi really should upgrade,I've been staying almost 2weeks no improvement at all.Hope I could get a complimentary stay.

Quite dirty got dust and hair on the bed being covered with the blanket. The air con is not cold enough. The hot water in shower room is so small water supply... zzz No provide towels zzz

We take such complaints seriously and the staff attending to the room has since be replaced. We will service the air con unit and we make sure that towels are provided, but do know that we do not give more towels than what the room is entitled to, if for deluxe, we provide only 2 towels etc. Please come again to stay and let us make your stay a memorable one.
