Very polite and friendly staff, lovely large rooms, one side facing the lake and the other the mountains. Nicely located right on the edge of the main town area, where there is literally everything you could need as a tourist and traveller. I stayed here in July 2019 and was immediately struck by being greeted by name when I arrived, with the same courtesy and attentiveness remaining throughout my stay. The staff are able to help with anything you would like to do while you are in Pokhara. I had the rather stressful experience of losing my ATM card while I was out one day and had no access to cash for a while, but Ganga and the staff took a genuine interest and concern and apart from helping me sort out the problem (which was eventually done with Western Union transfers), assured me that I would be looked after in the meantime. I found this particularly kind and it was not something I had experienced in other travels. Looking forward to gong back and seeing more of the mountains!

Amazing stay in Pokhara”
We were upgraded from a deluxe lake view room to a mountain view suite, which was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and the view outstanding. The bathroom was equally spacious and sparkling clean, as was the rest of the room. The staff were extremely courteous and very helpful at all times. We ended up extending our stay by a few days and would definitely return!

Good location,clean room, good wifi,hot shower & good staff! The room has wifi antenna. So I could use internet smoothly. The staffs are helpful especially Mr. Ganga and Rajan. They gave me good advices. I want to stay when I visit to Pokhara.

All the staff in the hotel are really kind, everything is very clean, the situation is perfect. The rooms are big and with nice sights. The breakfast is nice, the only thing is that they don't have fruit. Our staying in the hotel has been perfect. Thank you

Very good location , in the room can see the snowy mountain. Especially, very kind and helpful staff, Uzwal and monika are very nice , they helps me a lot, when I need some scenic spots details, they help me to use google map to locate it; last day when I leave, and my cell phone no website, they help me to connect the WiFi and double check the bus location! Next time if I have a chance to go Pokhara,I will live there again!

I stay in this hotel before & after my trekking trips. great location ! Easy to access everywhere / just few minutes always from the lakesides, lots of nice & decent cafe shop nearby & restaurant too! About 5-10 minutes to the main areas where U can find all the trekking gears shops . Staff are very friendly/polite & helpful. Thank you so much to assign the room for me has a little balcony/wide window where can see the lakeside & I like the ceiling fans too ! Lovely, peaceful & quiet room that’s what I needed. hotel front door areas also very nice with the decor of all the little colourful pots of flowers- beautiful!!

The breakfast buffet is good, Ask for mountain view room on the 4th or 5th floor, the view of the Himalaya range including the Fishtail is stunning from 6 in the morning when there are no clouds or fog

Really good room (Lakeside for 25 USD)”
Pro - Nice Rooms with beautiful interior - good location - all in walking distance Restaurants and Bars - Staff is friendly Cons - Wifi is really slow in the evening - they offer us a free ride to the next place because we stay long time in the office. Just as we go into the car they said we have to bay 500... That was not a nice ending. But still the hotel is really nice:)

I would highly recomend the Trekkersinn Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms had lovely large windows overlooking either the lake or the mountain ranges. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The hotel is in a good location within a 2minute walk from other restaurants. Great value for money

The hotel manager, Khem gave us a warm welcome when we checked in. We also got a room facing the mountains and the view's amazing on a clear day. The rooms are simple but always clean. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Amazing customer service!
