Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to lakeside, shops and eateries. Very polite and friendly staffs. They really go the extra mile. (my airport to hotel arrival transfer was delayed due to driver was held back elsewhere and I took a cab to hotel. Was very annoyed. The staff sincerely apologised and I forgo the issue. On my departure day, asked staff to arrange a cab to airport and to my surprise they told me hotel complimentary transfer has already been arranged. Now that's what I call service recovery.) Very nice well furnished, really spacious room. Very clean with full amenities, all in perfect working condition. Definitly my hotel the next time and will recommend to all.

Pros: Amazing staffs- Asmira, Vinod, Punam, Santosh Brilliant team. The way they work it will makes your life easy. Vinod guided me a lot and put extra spice on my travel though I worked out everything on that. Asmira, Just wow! She helped me a lot to arrange things inside and outside the room. Gave me a fantastic room with mountain view. I requested them for a multiplug and they keep that inside the room before I arrived. Breakfast was good but it can be Best to work bit on that. I will choose this hotel again and again. Loved this propert. Cons: Hot water takes little bit time to come on. Should look after this issue. Housekeeping, F&B associates needs bit training on english to makes more update this property.

the best part of the experience was the view. lake and mountains could be seen at the same time from our room (not all rooms have the same view). This is not my first time staying here for a reason! The breakfast was great. location was good too as it was close to the main road but not on it. room was really good, clean, spacious, comfortable. The staff was amazing.

Best Budget Stay for Family or Couples”
Stayed in the white pearl along with my family of 4 for 2 nights. The hotel is based right at the heart of Pokhra and is a 3 mins walk from Pokhra's Phewa Lake. The receptionist is a bright young woman, quite soft-spoken and greets guests with a beautiful smile. The staff in general is helpful. The ambience is A1. The views from their 5th floor and above rooms are the best one can hope for in this price range. One can see the lake and hills right when they open the curtains. Spacious rooms with 2 balconies and tidy washrooms. Overall it's a full paisa vasool stay.

The White Pearl is an excellent hotel. Exceptional staff, clean facilities and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was good and staff was very cooperative to do a little bit extra, like providing us with rice. Fruit juice is real fruit juice.

Good location, cordial front desk, complimentary breakfast is good, food price of the restaurant reasonable comparing to nearby same standard hotels. Simply good but this is not at all a 3 star standard hotel.

Good Customer Service and Great View”
My family stayed at the Hotel White Pearl in Pokhara for 3 nights. They gave us the room with the best view of Pokhara - of both the mountains and the lake. There were 6 of us, so we used the bottled water and towels very quickly. I called the front desk several times requesting more, and every time, we had more towels and water in under 5 minutes.
