Great value, clean, nice staff”
It is in the sketchy Piazza Garibaldi neighborhood, but convenient to the station, air bus, and sights. Breakfast included, with real cappuccino. When you're walking down the street, and up the stairs, if you're a standard American, you'll be thinking "Oh, my God, what was this reviewer thinking?!?" But really, truly, it's a lovely place, and you'll be just fine! It's my go-to spot to stay in Napoli, and I've been here bunches of times. Be aware that some of the rooms have a bathroom down the hall.

This hotel is a cheap option if you travelling around Italy. It is in a second-floor building that has no fancy entrance at all. However, the place is very clean and easy access to Napoli city centre.

Not safe for lone females ”
The hotel itself is great but there are prostitutes on the street corners nearby and in the hallway of the hotel building. The hotel is small and converted from apartments. I recommend this hotel if you are travelling in a group or at least not as a solo female. The staff were very helpful and friendly and efficient.

Hotel was ok, cheap, friendly staff, not so easy to review location, for me ok, close to the main train station, but if you would like to have nice surroundings f.e. for a night walk with your girlfriend , don’t use this location, which is full of strange/scary people, homeless etc

Although the location doesn't look bad (is well connected) the street and area are pretty horrible. The staff was very nice but it was pretty annoying to have to wait them to open the door everytime. You wait at the door without knowing if you are been notice. The room was big but everything was so old. Most of the stuff didn't work, the towels were bad and the sheets more the same. The bed was made with twins bed

Hotel rooms were newly refurbished. Location is near train station but not recommended for families with kids as the street was dirty and lots of dodgy characters around. Room was overpriced. I had to pay extra for my kids who were both less than 12. There are better hotels around.

Do not come to this "hotel"”
It was one of the worst experiences of my life. First af all, the neighbourhood is as crappy as it gets. Really dangerous during the night, very far from city center and overall a horrible vibe. The owner gave me the creeps and had absolutely no manners. He didn't speak a second language so understanding him was close to impossible. The facilities are absolute garbage. No elevator, bad smell, stained sheets, humidity, no view of the street...I can keep going. My sister and I stayed there for two nights and it honestly felt like being trapped in Mordor. Getting out of there was a full on relief. To sum up, DO NOT come to this hotel.

Location Great but not the surrounding area”
Just a short walk from the train station to a nice friendly clean hotel. The hotel is in the old part of Florence which the area is quite a bit run down. There are a lot of what seams to be unemployed people sitting about all day and all night doing nothing. Doing nothing for the area, the community or themselves. We were told that this problem has happened in the last couple of years. There does not seam to be any street cleaning as there is a lot of rubbish/ discarded food lying about. We used a few shops and cafés in this same area and the people are lovely.

Near the train station in Napoli but also lots of illegal trading of every kind going on on the street ... teenage kids were scared by it but the hotel itself seems secure and is OK. Not recommended for families.

The location is near train station, but be aware that there are lots of shady people in the neighborhood. I almost got pickpocketed twice around the area. One time the person tried to open my bag, and second time my jacket zipper (on my waist). The hotel itself is clean and the breakfast is good. We had to wait for the check in for a while, since the room is not ready although they told us that we could check in at noon. The lift is rather funny, operated with 10 cents coin.

As the hotel is near to the Central Station, which happens to be a place crowded with little stalls selling handbags, electronic, etc., walking around is a bit scary.
