Expensive but Old Hotel, Room is Dirty”
This hotel is Expensive AF! However it’s an Old Hotel, Room is Dirty. Staff and service is rude, impatient, and unprofessional - Nowhere near 5 star hotel service. Extrabed charge is also very expensive at 115 euros, it’s just a lame rollaway bed.. We were tricked by the high rating at agoda while making our decision, so we cannot help but come back here and give our honest opinion that this hotel just not worth any $ you paid. Do not trust the rating of other people. Trust our review. Avoid this hotel at all costs until they decided to do renovations We stay in Room, Mountain View.

Enjoyed my stay and location was great. Close to all the attractions and beach. I got a room with balcony so every morning, I can enjoy the sea view. Looking at the beach from the balcony is very enjoyable. Staff are all very helpful.

This property is right on the main strip and is walking distance to all the amazing restaurants, bars, markets, shops and attractions. The staff is excellent and I must give a big shout out to Margaux (concierge) for helping us organize reservations for all our needs! She was new there but did everything she could to accommodate our requests with a smile.

Best place front of nice beach”
Kind front and clean room. Parking lot is hard to access but ballet service is provided. Breakfast is moderate but you can see fantastic beach if you enjoy coffee in pool side table.

Lovely hotel in great position”
Really nice hotel in a great position for central nice and the old town. Excellent staff. My only criticism is that the indoor pool was not heated anything like enough. It needs checking daily and adjusting when necessary. It is not the point that it’s connected to the outdoor via a plastic cover and that’s why it cold. It simply needs turning up the heat to make like you would expect from a heated indoor pool. On our last visit we stayed at the boscolo extra autograph hotel which is the Hyatt’s competitor. Their pool was properly heated. Please review this as it was one of the main reasons we chose the Hyatt. But the pool was too cold to enjoy.

Good choice for Central Nice holiday”
The Hyatt Regency hotel is a good choice if you are staying for a few days in Nice and want to be near to the old town centre for easy access to restaurants and all the sights. The location could not be better - right on the Promenade les Anglais and a few hundred yards from charming pedestrianized streets with lots of restaurants and bars. The room was good - a quiet one at the back of the hotel on a high floor, very clean and comfortable as you would expect from a 5* hotel. All the staff we met were very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the guests' experience. We did not eat in the hotel apart from a couple of room service breakfasts (which were fine). The concierge was particularly helpful in orientating us and pointing out the main tourist sights.
