I booked online and pay with my credit card but they asked me cash somehow they didn't charged me on my credit card. They could inform their customer before check in. I am very disappointed on that but somehow everything are good and location of lake view was perfect.

The resort people were nice and supportive and the room was amazing. I could get Annapurna and fishtail View in the morning from my room. Overall it was a great experience staying there.

I would check the prices on other sites as I paid 30% more using Agoda than my friends did using another site for the same room.

They treated us very well here. Great wifi and phone service. Hot water in the baths, good food and an evening cultural show. We have stayed there 3 times.

All the staff tried to learn my name. The people I had contact with all spoke English and strive to give good hospitalty. I have stayed at this motel 3 times. Nice cultural show every evening.

Inconsistent quality and rude staff”

Not consistent- For the same price, and same photos online, they put some of us in a dark moldy room with a crummy bathroom and old small tv, and others in a nice clean room with new large tv, bathtub, hot water, AC etc. The cost of our room was higher bc they said it would have AC. The AC was broken, and they were very rude when we asked if they could please fix it or offer us another room with the full amenities we paid for.

Great location, quiet ambience,individual chalets”

Place to recommend with good value-for-money, close to walk to major areas of Pokhara. The individual chalets are spacious, quiet, lacks a bit of cleanliness. Can't comment on the food as we always dined somewhere else but would definitely come back and recommend.

Lake View private huts are excellent”

We found the staff very friendly, accommodation clean and the food was good. Hotel is located by the lake for boating and it's also an easy level walk to restaurants and shops. There are bars with beautiful gardens that back onto the lakeside. It's also only a short taxi ride to see the famous David's falls. We very much enjoyed our stay and would liked to have stayed longer.

Very covenient for shopping”

It is very good. Hotel staffs are very willing to offer helps for residents. It is located at the main street and the Fewa lake is just in front of the hotel. Many shops are nearby. We can easily buy things we want.

The Lake View Resort was just on the outskirts of the busy area of Pokhara. It was nice because the immediate surroundings are quiet, but it is just a short 5 minute walk to the main downtown area. The staff spoke English fluently and were very knowledgeable on things to do around the city. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for families and those wanting a quieter place to stay while still being within walking distance to where all the action is.

The photos online were of a clean, bright hotel with pleasant rooms. that was not the best impression after a 6 hour bus ride from Chitwan to Pokara. When they showed us our rooms we were in shock. The room and shower curtains were mouldy and mildewed, there was a trail of ants walking out from an electric socket to the sink. The sheets were clean, a small blessing, and the air conditioner strong. There was no mosquito net on the door so I woke to several bites on my legs. I bet the photos were taken when the hotel first opened and they have not done any renovations / upgrades since. After a day of hiking we wanted to tuck in early. I recommend going to this hotel only if you are really intent on this particular hotel. Right now, it's a royal mess. Personally I will never go back to this hotel.

Comfortable hotel just outside the central bustle”

The Private huts were very comfortable, clean, well designed and modern. I stayed in the main part of the hotel one night, and they were not worth the money. Fine, but the carpeting and older bathroom were a turn off. Music at the restaurant each night was quite loud until about 9 pm. Breakfast was not the greatest, but typical for any of the lower cost breakfast buffets in Pokhara. A short walk from the central tourist part of Pokhara.
