• As you arrive in here, please show us your identification's copies (passport/visa or ID) within 04 hours from your arrival’s time. • You have been required to use security card to access the building and your apartment. It is obliged to keep the main door closed at the base ground after you come in/out the building. If you have a bike, it should be taken into the building or let it locked in the yard behind the gate. This card is also used to turn on power in your accommodation and other utility (the laundry room). 15$ will be charged if access card was lost. Please keep it carefully. • You are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. We will not be responsible in case of any disappearance, we advise then you to always close the doors and windows when they go out. • We do not have the right to enter in the rented accommodation during your absence, except to stop damages or a danger occurring in the accommodation. In this case we will inform you about it as soon as they come back at the accommodation. If we have any reason to believe that house rules are violated, you have to let us enter in the accommodation in order to check the situation. • The amenities like toilet paper, water bottle, shampoo, detergent, toothbrush, toothpaste, bed linen, towel... which is only free for the first time as you come here. • It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment. • You are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it. • When you go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close water and take the card out of the switch. • You are requested not to disturb the peace of us and other customers from 22:00 to 08:00. • Cleaning service is carried out once a week and it needs to be announced before a day.
