*The manager is young but kind and smart at mobile phone. He fixed my trouble of sim. A lot of thanks!! *The building is new and the interior is beautiful. *It has a hot water shower! *All employees are basically kind and honest. But they are not managed properly and just only use their mobile phone or chatting most of the time. * Conclusion.  The hotel has a lot of potential to be a very good facility even for foreign tourists, but it is not now.   So please improve the following points.(This is a kind of free consulting. And please Learn what foreign tourists have to do and feel.) *Dirt and bad smells  *pillow covers were used and they smell terrible with Strange cologne and oily smell.(This was replaced when I told the staff.)  *Part of the mattress on the bed smells very bad cologne that makes me miserable every five nights.  *Blood and oil stains were spotted on some of the blanket covers. (I didn't get a replacement if I told the staff.)  *Out of the room there is no dist box.   I tried to get my breakfast garbage to cleaning lady, but she was disgusted and rejected it! Do they say that custmer should keep inside the room our food garbage with full of food smells rotten? (But young male staff received it.) *Bath mat is wet and dirty.(This was replaced when I told the staff.) *Noizy    It's a good place. But in front of the hotel is plumber. And my room was 102 that located the second room from the reception so staffs always use their mobile phone that was so noizy all throw the day.(setimes even mid night they play music) *No drinking water    The nearest store is 550m from the hotel and Auroville Road is very busy and not good for pedestrian *At least on the ground floor, the room is damp and the laundry is hard to dry. *Breakfast tends to be late. 　Breakfast is very limited from 8am to 9pm.  Even more, I said "Please bring it at 8 o'clock at least." but most they brought it  close to 9 o'clock, and one time was 10:10. Great Location and top value for money, there is a coffee shop and a restaurant with great value food veg and non veg dishes , very helpful staff 24 hour reception, handy when you need a taxi to the airport at 4am.

Arrived to group of men sitting outside. Room and feeling of the place was like a prison block. Room was very small and not that clean. Place full of young indian men which made us feel uncomfortable. Left bags there and went to find another place to stay. Paid and left.

Pros Near by beach, Madras university Surrounded by lots of mess and hotels Cons Small room No hot water facility No privacy ie if you want ventilation you have to open the widow. The people who crossing your room can see through the window or the people at opposite direction of room can also see. So ventilation is a big con.
