The best hotel I've stayed at in Makati”
We stayed for 5 nights in an Executive 1-Bedroom suite. This hotel is outstanding. The room was beautiful, the staff very friendly and attentive and the facilities were all there waiting. In fact, the bed was so good that I had the best sleep I've had in years! The only wrinkle that I can find is the pool's opening hours - from 8am to 7pm. I like to swim first thing in the morning, as in before breakfast, and also after dinner. But with such a late open and early close that wasn't possible. Most hotels have the pool available from 6am, and I would have much preferred that at the Diamond Residences.

Good room size, luxurious linens feel, courteous staff except for the friday breakfast staff. Only the set of fruits is all the same for the rest of our stay, a new variety every 2days would have been better. Otherwise, we will keep coming back.

The one room suite that I stayed in has more space than we need ( three people). The hotel is located just across from the Greenbelt shopping Center offering many restaurants options. The hotel breakfast was good with many options and the evening snacks provided were excellent and delicious. Best of all the staffs service were top notch. I’ll be back here again when I next visit Manila.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, very fancy for a first timer like me. From the lobby to the hotel room, everything was worth the price. The bed was the comfiest I ever laid on that led to a comfortable good night sleep.

youre practically in the middle of makati city. all within your reach... drug stores, restaurants, church, etc etc. Bed was superb. Cleanliness very good Staff... from guard to front desk to housekeeping... everyone are very accommodating, helpful, respectful and are trained well. you will feel at home. My next home in Makati Center.

I’ve stayed at the makati Diamond several times over the past few years and they consistently have great staff who are very helpful and genuinely nice! This recent stay was the first time I was back since the pandemic and they remain consistent. The rooms are still very clean and comfortable and the food was very good too. I love the location since it’s right across greenbelt 5.

Worth every penny. Very nice staff, good breakfast, sustainability champion!, and many more. Would like to commend the hotel for being a champion towards sustainability. It’s not always that we see a hotel with a water purifier rather than bottled ones. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap are in big refillable containers.
