Goed maar geen 5 sterren”
Goed, maar toch enige minpunten. Liften erg onhandig en sluiten van liftdeuren te snel waardoor ons kleinkind van 3 jaar toen hij voor ons maar er al wel anderen waren ingestapt in de lift tussen de sluitende deuren klem kwam. Dit gebeurde ook mijn man. Hebben hierover melding gedaan, vervolgens stond er wel iemand van het personeel bij de lift maar niet altijd consequent. Onze zoon die eerder in Marco Polo verbleef tijdens de soft opening was dit al eerder overkomen, probleem ook toen gemeld maar nu na ongeveer een half jaar, was het probleem nog niet verholpen. Een slechte zaak, maar ook een erg gevaarlijke situatie. De wachttijd voor vooral de lift aan de linkerkant was erg lang als je direct vanuit de kamer etages naar het straat niveau wilde gaan. De kosten voor het ontbijt vonden wij erg hoog, die zouden bij de kamer inbegrepen behoren te zijn. Verder een uitstekende service van het vriendelijke personeel

It's a luxurious and spacious hotel. Room with a great view of the skyline of Metro Manila. Though we check-in near the elevator, the room is surprisingly quiet. Limited breakfast choices for people looking for variety. They should showcase Filipino seasonal fruits in their daily breakfast buffet. Other than that, It is a memorable stay. We will still come back here for our staycation.

Brilliant Hotel in Ortigas, best Breakfast I've ever seen in a 5 star hotel”
There is a reason why this hotel is a 5 star property. Brilliant spacious king room, with great views of Manila (I was staying on the 39th floor), huge bathroom with a nice shower and bath. The buffet breakfast is one of (if not) the best I've ever had in a 5 star hotel with so many choices. The service was impeccable from the security to the front office staff to the staff in the spa/gym area. The hotel also has a rooftop bar on the 45th floor which is excellent too. I would most definitely recommend this hotel if you plan on staying in Ortigas. 10/10!

World Class Hotel and Food”
This was my first time to Manila, and after staying in Marco Polo in Cebu, I was not disappointed in anyway with Marco polo Manila. I very classy hotel, best rooms, beds, showers and the food is world class. I also loved the top floor entertainment, Judith Banal and Powerplay a class act, befitting the the whole experience of staying at Marco Polo.

Good but quite disappointed (don't stay here if younare celebrating something)”
This is not our first time to book a hotel room to celebrate our anniversary. We really have a high expectation this, since Marco Polo is a 5 star hotel. My partner and I can't help but compare our past experiences during our stay to other 3-4 star rating hotels. The ambience, accommodation, facilities and of course the room itself are very nice. We just think that the hotel is lacking in customer focus. I can't explain it further, but we felt more love in other hotels during our stay with them. Not to mention the "other" perks we received since we are celebrating our anniversary with them, like they gave us a cake, snack, greetings or even a letter coming from the management. Those are highly appreciated. But in Marco Polo we received none, aside from their daily greetings. Yes I have indicated that we will be celebrating our anniversary during the booking. Yes, it's not one of the hotel's "obligation" to the customer. But I'm quite disappointed since the occasion turned into proposal, in which I hoped that time that we should have had a cake or whatever.

Good hotel but no parking”
We really enjoyed the room as well as the free breakfast. Unfortunately there was no available parking space in the hotel so we have to park (and pay) in another establishment. Had to go out in the middle of the night so I won’t be charged with overnight parking. Hope they can improve on this one.

The best in the metro!”
It's our second time to stay at this hotel and the first time with our 9-month old daughter. Despite the heavy volume of people for the holidays, we still had a lovely experience!! The rooms and bathrooms are fantastic, along with the amazing service from all the staff. The crib/ bassinet provided in our room even had the softest mattress for our baby <3 Although they could still improve on their breakfast buffet spread, we cannot wait to book our next stay with them! :)

It was my first time to stay at Marco Polo Ortigas, and I must say, it will not be my last. We had a great time! All the hotel staff is very accommodating. The lounge and the bar is very nice to reminisce with their kind of selections for music. The room is perfectly clean and I love the the scent that they use, very relaxing. Food is also great! The Marco Polo staff are all verfy helpful and friendly so you feel relaxed and comfortable everywhere in the hotel. The gym and spa are great, the club level is fantastic, and the Vu has live music, good drinks, and great views. There are malls across the street (Metrowalk) and 3 blocks away (Robinsons) that everything you need and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Excellent value.

Breakfast choices are somewhat limited, and there was a minor glitch when I accidentally booked a room for one,they were charging us for the extra breakfast but it was already paid during check-in. other than that, we had a great stay. we’ll definitely come back. 😊

Booked 3 rooms to celebrate my husband's birthday. I asked if they provide complimentary slice of cake or something of the sort and they said yes. followed it up 3x but nothing came. Would have been a bonus. Noticed that they have replaced their worn out towels though.

Check in was a nightmare. Breakfast buffet was chaotic. Rooms are smaller that I thought they would be. This 5 star hotel doesnt have a proper drive way hence your driver cant wait to pick you up. Just not 5 star at all. At the best it will be 3 star. The Chinese Resto is their redeeming showcase. Other than that- waste of money and over rated.../
