Best location, friendly & helpful staff. Hotel allowed us to check in early which was perfect for our early landed flight. Room was perfect, full amenities, comfy and warm. Will definitely repeat. Highly recommend.

You can't beat the location, right near the Kamppi main bus terminal. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and even gave me a late check-out to an unheard of 6pm! The hotel breakfast is delicious and very filling. And best of all, the beds are super comfy. I slept 12 hours straight after a long trip from the US. Will absolutely stay here again - I already booked my next stay.

A decent 4-star hotel with free sauna for guests and excellent breakfast. The only minor complaint would be that the internet was weak and unstable.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the central station and 20 mins for the harbour for the ferry across to Suomenlinna island. The hotel itself is modern and Scandinavian style. Inside. The room was warm and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast choice was varied with hot and cold options - including some local flavours.

Decent hotel”
Located a few blocks from central Helsinki, the hotel is conveniently located next to the Kammpi Shopping Centre and subway system. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and staff are very pleasant. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

+location +very nice breakfast -bad cleaning, only the bed was done-nothing else f eg glasses was left uncleaned - because A/C not working, it was very warm in the room

My mom and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Our arrival was late and so we checked in late at around 8.30pm. We were served by Hanna and she was very attentive to our needs and requests, and provided lots of tips to us on where to visit and how to get around Helsinki. Top notch service and attitude made our check in and stay extremely pleasant. The location is superb. Opposite the subway station, few mins walk from Kamppi shopping mall and under 15mins walk to the other shopping belt. The room was very modern, bright, and clean. And the bed was so comfortable! We love our stay at this hotel.

Great location, Poor service”
Walking distance to the central station or the harbour. Had a pretty bad experience with the reception staff. Had an emergency and needed to do a late check-out. When I asked about the possibility of late check-out the staff talked about the extra payment in which I agreed and then she went on complaining on how I should have told in advance and many other complaints. I wouldn't have asked if wasn't emergency, don't need any staff complaining when I already have other problems to solve.

Allow us to have an early check in and late check out. Great service. If u are someone with lots of luggages, it might not be easy to pull them to and fro the hotel in winter.
