Very welcoming and warm reception
Willingness of the staff to assist, clean rooms, and friendly service
For the two nights the bed was very comfortable as if I was in my own bed. Room service was quick and professional. The staff made me feel welcome at all times. I would live to return to Ramada for the price I paid during the short stay. It is slightly out of the city centre but it is nice to be in a quiet area rather than a noisy one.

horrible
nothing best ....very annoying
the say was horrible...coundn't sleep as they had very rowdy guest with kids whom the staff couldnt control despite repeated reminders the staff was unable to control the situation.....the hotel restaurent was left in state of disaster like after ww2 with everything strewn everywhere.

The stay was okay for the value
Not too far from the airport, nice attitude of staff, and central cation for Gurgaon area
The stay was satisfactory. There is no sauna or steam and the pool is not that great.

One of the better hotel in Gurgaon
Nice room design,good spread of breakfast, attentive staff
Walls are thin, I can hear next door people talking and it is rather disturbing.. However this is one of the better hotel in Gurgaon

location, interior, food
satay was fantastic but the ac in the room wasnt working, on complaining about the same we were upgraded to a better room.
