It's directly across from the airport. They are very professional and will help with your bags. Hot water, heating and cable tv. Plenty of taxis right out front. Good place to stay the night and catch a flight the next morning.

This hotel has always been a good one for us. On the last visit, however, the room smelled of sewer. The shower curtain was much too short, so when showering, water was everywhere in the bathroom. And one of the beds squeaked so loudly with any movement, so that the mattress had to be laid on the floor, separate from the bed in order to sleep. And there was no hot water. This room was very below this hotel's usual good standard.

The service and welcome was zero. Staff were rude have to wait 45 min after the visit as the booking was already conformed. Didn’t help with anything . One Room was stinky . No slippers and the towel looks dirty. Looks like cheaper hotel with less money really waste of money looking the services . Gate was locked at 10 pm and I have to wait 10-15 min to get the gate open . When I asked the security his answer was people need to go toilet and do stuff can’t wait at the gate all the time . The girl in the reception was really rude with no smile and greetings at us . She took 45-1 hrs just to conform the booking and let me in the room . Would get better service in Rs1000-1500. Such a waste of money and good mood. Would not recommend anyone to stay here .

My friends and I were unable to arrive at the hotel due to flight delay. Even though we requested to postpone our check-in date to the next day via email, the hotel had never replied to our email in the end.

This hotel is located Infront of airport, I stayed one night but there were no hot water for shower. I reported to fix the problem but the staffs reaction were very slow. Staffs to note - if the raised problem can't be fixed please let us know or give us time so that guest won't loose there time.

It was and average stay as the room were not that good and we're very noisy as the staff was very loud and disturbing while cleaning other rooms.

The room was really spacious but being on 6th floor, the fragrances of all the spices from the kitchen on 7th floor was there. The internet was so poor and no hot water water was there (only luke warm water). The food was really good and the location is the only one thing which makes it advantageous.

Its near the airport”
You can literally walk past all of the taxis, out the front gate of the airport and the hotel is right there. For Nepal standards the rooms are clean and the food is tasty. The price keeps inching up and the hotel keeps getting older...but I still come back here for the convenience and peace of mind.
