Aging room interior...”
Quite sad that the repair and maintenance of the interior of this Ritz Carlton does not match its reputation. The magnificent view from the room is at odds with the tarnished paints, dented wooden floor, loose threads from the area rug...
We cannot fault our stay even if we tried very hard. Everything was above expectation, in other words, beyond perfect! The amenities, staff from all departments - from the bell boys, front office, conceige desk, service at restaurants, banquet sales and operations, the food at the restaurants and even the breakfast buffet was totally outstanding! You have to experience it to rationalise the cost of staying at this hotel. This was our second stay and will definitely be back to be pampered!

This is our second staycation at Ritz Carlton. What impressed us deeply is not merely the excellence they provided for us. But that they take all customers feedbacks seriously. We noted that the issues we encountered previoisly were specifically addressed and we are very happy with the sincerity shown. Ritz Carlton demonstrates that their team are always looking to improve their service to provide the best care for their customers. We also noted at how RitzCarlton empower their staff to make decisions to improve the Ritz Carlton brand. Because it was a birthday celebration, i believe they were preparing the room to include a birthday cake, we were treated to a very scrumptious high tea. The turn down service was greatly improved which shows us that customer feedback are taken seriously. The rooms are very clean and spotless and even our phone charger cables were neatly tied up. Great Service Mindset”
Once you step out from your taxi, someone will guide you to check in counter, to lift lobby. The staff from restaurant to security serve with a smile. They offer options to you eg type of tea available instead of wating for you to ask. After check out, they suggesy that we csn leave our luggage with them.
Our stay with RC was to celebrate our anniversary and daughter's birthday. Upon checked in, the front desk offered us a complimentary upgrade from a kallang view rm to marina view. We went out for our meal and came back to our rm. To our surprise, they delivered a cake together with an anniversary and birthday card which was nicely placed on the table. What more can we ask for? Unfortunately, the bathtub was faulty as we cant drain out the water so the maintenance guy came within 10 mins to check it out. He informed that we might need to change our room and alerted the front desk immediately. We received a call from the front desk and was told that they will upgrade us to a suite rm which had magnificient view of the marina as well as the Sg Flyer from the bathroom. They also offered us late c/o at 3pm due to the delay. We have been to a few hotels in Singapore but this was by far the best and pleasant stay we 've ever had. If my husband do not have to return to work we would definitely extend our stay. Thank you, RC team. Everyone of you deserve to be complimented.
our room is facing Marina Sand and the Marina Bay - beautiful- happy to just stay in the room escaping the hot and humid weather outside. Place is accessible to nearby malls, a few key sights, good restaurants... Sunday brunch in Ritz's "Colony" is a must ! Great array of food - especially Fresh Seafood... great selection of food ... dishes... all prepared well...

Whilst SG is filled with a bevy of wonderful hotels. The Ritz-Carlton Millenia is luxury, delicious food and impeccable service defined. Most importantly there is an undertone of constant genuine friendliness and warmth along with superbly professional service. I would be hard-pressed to consider any other hotel for my SG stays.

Service was exceptional”
Check In / Check Out process was smooth. There was a miscommunication between Ritz Carlton and Agoda but Ritz Carlton just honoured what Agoda claims and shared that they will sort it out at the backend without inconveniencing the guests. (ref: executive lounge excess) When I was checking out, was warmly greeted as well and checked out within under 1 minute. Fantastic service which have completed bought my loyalty. Will definitely stay with them again.
No electric car charging facility. Breakfast at club lounge has limited choice and have to pay extra if choose to have breakfast at grd flr restaurant. It is a bit awkward as it is usually the other way round.
Great hotel with great view of the Marina”
We celebrated our anniversary here and purposely booked a room facing the Marina. Unfortunately, we were given a room that had the wall blocking part of the view of the Marina Bay Sands. The hotel receptionist, Jane was kind enough to re-arrange another room for us and since we had earlier requested for a room at a higher floor, she tried to accommodate to our request and even helped us move our luggages to the new room. The scenery of the Marina was of course amazing especially at night. Overall, staffs at the hotel provided us a warm and exceptional service. The guest relations officer, Bliss even gave us a lovely and sweet surprise (which was really touching) when she found out that we were here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you so much, Bliss for the thoughtful gift! Appreciate it so much!
Fantastic Service All Around”
Staff was very polite and attentive right from the door. Reception staff, cleaning staff and basically any staff you bumped into, will attempt a conversation with you. Asking if everything is okay. If your day was going well. There is a genuine touch to the service here. Facilities are great but buffet breakfast not so. I automatically assumed breakfast was at The Colony which has a fantastic spread. However, breakfast was in the club lounge and it was so so. I would suggest topping up $25 per pax to eat at The Colony instead. Facilities are great. Room is big and clean. My only comment is that the room service takes quite a while. But I do look forward to staying here again.

I made a booking for my birthday celebration to spend a relaxing weekend with my other half, and I had a surprise for her (wedding proposal). The hotel staff made special arrangements for early check-in and a suite upgrade (unfortunately the previous occupant checked out late, so I opted out of the upgrade due to time constraints). Throughout my stay they made us feel comfortable and even sent up a personalised hand written congratulatory card & a gift. Well done to the team @ Ritz-Carlton Singapore!
The Best Hotel I Have Stayed So Far ”
I booked a Deluxe Room to celebrate a friend's birthday . I called them to request for a few items and Caroline of Guest Relationship Dept did above and beyond what were requested. They decorated the room accordingly and supported the Birthday Cekebration by giving us a birthday cake and the necessities needed for the occasion . They also allocated a room on the high floor with a breathtaking Bayfront room . Through it out , they did not everything out of goodwill . Their generosity and good will extended to us is beyond what words can describe . I am touched by their kind gestures . The staff were professional and well - trained . I am impressed with their level of personalized service and hospitality . I will definitely Ritz Carlton Millenia to my friends ! Kudos to the team at Ritz Carlton Millenia ! Well done !
One of the best hotel in Singapore”
Excellent service provided by hotel staffs, in particular Duty Manager Zong Liang. One of the few hotels that provides superb view beside the bathtub/bathroom. The whole hotel was great in terms of everything. The downside is the pricing - cost quite a bit more, compare to hotels at the surrounding areas. But can be easily compensated by the fulfillment from the stay.

I'm in Singapore a lot and the standards are usually very high in most hotels. The Ritz managed to exceed my expectations and was impressed at how they managed the pool renovation. Great hotel, big room, well located BUT the staff all the way from check-in to house keeping - were the star.
Spacious, good amenities, polite staff”
Staff were attentive and polite, rooms were well maintained with good amenities. However, the bath tub was not working well as it could not be drained after the first use so could not use it as often as I liked.
