A great little guesthouse on a quiet street. The staff was very friendly and sociable. Beds were comfortable. They had free filtered water in the reception. A great place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Great location - friendly host”

Fabulous little guest house in north east corner of old town! Near to everything! Hired bikes to look round old town for 50 bhats for the day and was near the red taxis at the north gate so you could get to Doi Suthep for 60 bhats! The owners were very nice and answered all our questions and could get breakfast there and free water! Room was spacious and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Great for families”

Great location, super comfortable room (we stayed in the triple with our daughter). Nice and helpful owner who gave us some essential tips about renting a scooter (police fine if you don’t have motorcycle marked on international license) The breakfast seemed overpriced but there are many nearby places to eat cheaply. All good, great stay!

Staff was super helpful, including getting up at 4am to ensure I had a taxi to the airport. Great location, large beds, clean rooms.

Really nice room, two fans that could be made to point straight at the bed so heat wasn't too much of an issue for us, everything was really nice and clean and the owners are very friendly they can help sort out tours, scooter rental, laundry. would stay here again

The place has everything you need, the owners can help you organize almost everything you could possibly want to do and explore around the area as well as heping you get to your next destination. The place is always clean, what else could you ask for

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and spotlessly clean. Great location. Toiletries were not provided but you can easily get them at the nearby 7-11. Nothing more we can ask for!

Som and Beat are really nice. They make our travel unforgettable and make us feel at home. They keep our baggages when we go to Pai. We don't have the appropriate plug to charge our mobile phone, but they provide it to us. 😚 I'd like to live there next time, see you😉

Good clean room with a comfortable bed”

Wayside has an English speaking owner. The room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed. It only had a sheet for a covering, but it was warm enough. There was no drinking water or shampoo provided. Wifi was good. There was a place provided for us to leave our bags for several hours after checkout before we went to the airport. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower spot was a bit tight.

Kleines aber feines Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage”

Das Hotel hat nur acht Zimmer mit unterschiedlicher Bettenzahl. Sehr ruhig gelegen nur 500m entfernt vom Nordtor und dem dort befindlichen Markt mit Essen-Ständen

Super nette Gastgeber mit süßem Haus”

Als erstes waren wir in einem Zimmer im 1. Stock welches eine sehr hohe Decke hatte und ein bequemes Bett. Die nächsten 2 nächste waren wir dann im Erdgeschoss welches nicht ganz so schön war aber immernoch gut. Nur das Bad war ein bisschen klein aber nicht zu klein. Wir konnten von dort aus eine Fahrt nach Pai buchen und wurden noch super lieb beraten was wir alles machen können ( War wirklich sehr sehenswert). Wir würden immer wieder zurück kommen :)
