Basic Hostel. New Bunks. Slightly a mattress.”
This hostel was tied for the cheapest hostel in Kaohsiung, 11USD per night! However, it did not have one single review. I said "I'm going to stay there so I can review it for the next backpacker looking for cheap accommodation!" It is conveniently located at the Formosa Boulevard stop on the MRT. Take Exit 2 and you'll find yourself on the correct side of the road to get to the hostel. There is no outdoor signage for the hostel. Follow these detailed directions. Once you crest the top of the MRT escalator, bear right and follow the sidewalk running parallel to Zhongzheng 4th Rd. Walk less than 200M and the hostel will be on your left. Find Chef's Restaurant and the corridor to the hostel is directly beside. If you are standing in front and looking at Chef's Restaurant, the corridor is to the right. There are 4 steps and a ramp leading to a door and elevators. Liouhe Night Market is just a street over. The mattresses were thin mats. Very few people in hostel. Bring long charging cord.

Very good for the price”
Excellent location just a minutes walk from Formosa Blvd Station. You can go anywhere easily from here. The hostel is new only a few months old and its owner is a friendly young man who can give you some good food and events recommendations in the city. The 6 bedder hostel room i stayed in has sturdy wooden beds that are wider and more quiet compared to those metal beds. The room itself is large enough with ample space to move around so it does not feel cramped. Basic facilities like toilets and hot showers , charging points, free hot/cold drinking water are working fine. Overall a good stay !!

Super friendly staff and room is big”
The staff is so friendly. He even brought me for awesome night view when he is free at night. The place is very near to subway station, but it locates inside of a building. So it's a bit difficult to find. If you call him, his response is fast and will come to bring you. The room is comfortable and clean. It's a new hostel, so basically everything is perfect.

Im a single woman traveller. The owner asked my Line ID and facebook account as soon as he met me. i thought its bit too soon and quite awkward but i told him my Facebook. But the problem happened from then. He kept messaging me all the time and even sent me 6 messages at 3AM when i was sleeping so he literally woke me up. His messages were absolutely creepy and inappropriate saying he had no other girl who makes him worried this much and stuff. Because of his creepy messages throughout my entire trip, it made my stay there very uncomfortable. He explained he cares about his guests regardless of their sex but i highly doubt if he would message a male traveller in the middle of the night. And his excuse was that i came back to hostel too late so that made him worried but i came back at around 11pm which is actually not even his business. Im a 27 year old grown up woman. It seems like he doesnt understand there a fine line between caring and creepy. 여기 주인 젊은남잔데 페북물어보고 이상한 메세지 자꾸보냅니다.

We arrived late and the receptionist doesnt seems to care much about us. This place is not easy to look out, as it was eventually inside a residential flats. There were strong smell of wet shoes by the time you walk in. However so,they provide pretty spacious room. Value for money though

MRT美麗島駅から歩いて直ぐ、六合夜市にも近いです。ホテルの周りにはコンビニ、銀行、薬局などが揃っています。旅行の拠点地として宿泊するには最高の立地条件でした。トイレとシャワーは部屋の中にあり、部屋の大きさも十分過ぎるほど広いので、荷物整理を楽に行う事が出来ました。無料の水とお湯がもらえます。困った事があれば若くて素敵なマスターが親身になって良いアドバイスをくれます。様々な国から旅行に来た人達と直ぐに仲良くなれる雰囲気を持ったホテルでした。高雄に行く事があればまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。 It is close to station and near night market. Convenience stores, banks, pharmacies and so on are conveniently located around the hotel. The toilet and shower are in the room, the size of the room is also quite large. You can get free water and hot water. If you have a problem, a young and smart master will give you good advice. I want to stay again if I go to Kaohsiung.

離美麗島捷運站只有兩分鐘路程, 價格也很便宜。 老闆很年輕很風趣 可惜雙人房上下舖沒有冷氣, 而且離大馬路很近, 開窗有點吵, 如果怕熱怕吵的人不太適合。

鋪床單難道不是一個旅店應該提供的基本服務嗎？在這裏還要自己動手鋪床單，鎖東西的櫃子也沒有，床更是破舊，只要一翻身就會嘎吱叫，空調只有晚上開幾個小時，早上很早關掉，就會被熱醒。除了位置比較接近夜市，其他完全不推薦？

位置距離美麗島站只要2分鐘，對面馬路就是老江和六合夜市了，去高雄其他地方也很方便。 老闆說話風趣，晚上回民宿剛好遇到老闆和其他住客，還說笑了一陣子大家才回房間，很愉快。 民宿設備簡單，與介紹內容照片相乎。如果想跟其他住客多交流，或只短住高雄，非常推薦這裡。 未來老闆要開演唱會時記得告訴我哦！😂😂😂

地铁美丽岛出口二百米，交通非常便利，离六合夜市也超近，不过客栈老板更推荐瑞丰夜市，就在捷运巨蛋站，真是超有人气啊。好多摊位都上过电视。老板人超好，会推荐好吃好玩的！会推荐给朋友住！
