Great location, new building, friendly staff”
I came across the NobleDEN hotel amidst the current corona virus crisis, as my flight home departed from JFK airport. But I instead of staying in a sad airport hotel, I booked 2 night's with them in how to go for sightseeing. The room was lovely and felt brand new (building is just 4 years young) and the staff were more than amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and helped me out with issues that arose due to increasing travel restrictions. Do not miss the view from the roof terrace. Based on my stay, I can and do fully recommend the NobleDEN hotel and I will check it out the next time I am in New York City.
I’ll be back!”
Pros: Room was spotless and good size Shower was excellent Toilet was very clean and new Great location close to dining and shopping, it also was quiet and felt safe Cons: Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room I normally stay midtown when I visit New York but now I’m converted, I’ll definitely be coming back to the NobleDen next year. I’m extremely fussy when it comes to the bathroom facilities and I was very impressed! Thanks again for such a great stay.
Lovely hotel in great location”
We spent 3 nights in the NobleDen and really enjoyed our stay. We had a king room, small but with everything we needed including a very comfortable king bed and excellent shower. Morgan and his team were so friendly and helpful and it's clear the hotel is very well run. When we visit NY we spend most of our time in and around the East Village, so the NobleDEN was perfectly situated for us. Excellent stay.
Great find in a great location”
Booked the Nobleden based on previous reviews and wasn't disappointed. We had booked a king room with Juliette balcony and the room was spacious especially by NYC standards and very well equipped. Although we had a room at the front it was extremely quiet. Lots of great bars and restaurants all around-you are on the edge of Little Italy and Chinatown and opposite Ferraras Bakery-good breakfast stop! The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would come back here in an instant
This hotel was exactly as promised in other positive reviews. It was spotless clean, friendly staff, best shower I've ever had, comfortable bed and pillows, and was in the best neighborhood ever! Very good morning coffee and complimentary pastries from Ferrara's bakery across the street. Delicious! I will most definitely stay there again for all future visits to NYC and will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you again, NobleDEN!!
Cute hotel, great value and location”
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at NobleDEN during our June vacation. The location is great (walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, subway stations, Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 museum, and others), the room was small but not tiny and had everything we needed (with the exception of maybe a dresser if you have a lot of clothes), and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They held our luggage for us on our last day when our flight was hours after we had checked out, and we also chose to do an early check in the day we got there for $25 since we ended up getting in at 10am and check in wasn't until 3pm. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
Hi Tiffany, Thank you for staying at our hotel. We're glad you enjoyed everything that we had and the location. There is a closet located in every room and we're sorry if you did not find it. We look forward to welcoming you back should your travels bring you back to NYC. Best Wishes, Evan C. Assistant Manager
I was in new York for business recently and was delighted with my stay at Noble Den. The décor was sleek and comfortable. The size of the hotel is perfect for making it easy and quick to navigate. The staff was extremely responsive and I was treated like a respected guest. The housekeeping was impeccable and I really liked the coffee/beverage service with morning pasties that meant I did not need to leave the hotel to deal with morning caffeine and sugar needs. Just an overall pleasant experience. Thank you.
Perfect location, but a bit disappointed ”
I realize most reviews don't reflect this, but my wife and I were not all that happy with our stay at NobleDEN last week. Obviously the location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of Little Italy and Chinatown. And the shower - I wish every hotel would do that. So nice enough, but not "top 100" nice - stains on the walls, grout peeling in the shower, bed ok but nothing special. Our real disappointment was with the staff. I let them know well in advance that we were there celebrating our honeymoon, and that it just happened to be my 50th birthday. And no acknowledgement on their part - no upgrade, no nice gift, not even a late checkout without having to absolutely beg and grovel for an extra hour. I say this because we had just come from a hotel in Times Square where they really went all out for us, making us feel appreciated. I really liked the hotel, or more the "idea" of it, but when we return to New York looking for a special, boutique hotel, we'll look elsewhere.
Excellent stay, great location, and courteous and helpful staff”
We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would definitely stay there again. The staff, Alan, greeted us with smiles, very helpful, even after we checked out and happened to be in the area and was not able to get a taxi, it was drizzling and cold, Alan helped us call a taxi with his big friendly smiles. We felt grateful and welcome even though we were not guests in the hotel anymore. Highly recommended hotel, and we will definitely stay there again. Thanks Alan and NobleDEN.
Small perfectly located hotel”
Pretty basic hotel my room on the 3rd floor was fine for 1 persons mostly sleeping nice open bathroom king bead small desk room was thought out for 1-2 persons but not a lot of room for sure... only complaint is like at a lot of hotels the lower floors definitely have street noise issues ....Staff was friendly .... room was smaller than expected however the price was substantially less than other hotels in the near area.... The location of the NobleDen is its true draw .... the crossroads of Little Italy Chinatown LES and SoHo Nolita Tribeca.... can't beat that....
I was truly impressed at service and the room! They accomadate your every need, we got into the room and the best part was they have all a traveller needs if they have forgotten anything. Also coffee 24/7 . Right across is a really cool bakery/cafe and we asked for a recommendation on a chinese resturaunt 👌🏼 It was the best! Thank you NobleDen everything was great
My husband and I stayed here for our annual pre-holiday trip to NYC and we were so impressed. The location is great (near great food and the metro), the rooms are nice, everything very clean, and the staff is so personable and helpful. We cannot say enough good things. If you are travelling to NYC, definitely consider NobleDEN.
Perfect stay in Little Italy ”
The staff at NobleDen is amazing! They are genuinely happy that you are staying there. They are helpful, thoughtful, and always happy! It’s a perfect location with access to many great parts of the city! (Pro tip: if you wake up early enough, the staff will have provided you with fresh croissants from the baker across the street).
The overall experience was brilliant. The staff were lovely, the rooms clean and the view from the roof was breathtaking. I would book again for sure. The kids loved their Nobleden monkeys they got on arrival and the little travel accessories made life easy. Perfect location.
Classy hotel in the perfect location”
Fantastic, uber-cool hotel in the heart of Little Italy and Chinatown. Easy access to Bleecker Street area and financial district too. Manhattan rooms are notoriously small but the clever use of space made this one feel really spacious. Super comfy bed and amazing sound insulation made for a great night's sleep. Really quality hotel.
We got this room to be in a different area of New York. The hotel is well maintained and the room is a good size. There was some noise from an external extraction system which was turned off late at night. The staff were generally good although a couple were indifferent. Lots of good Asian restaurants in the area and easy to get around.
From the moment we walked in the front door, the staff could not be more accommodating! The rooms were comfortable and super clean, loved the pastries with coffee & tea in the morning from the delicious bakery across the road. It was very central, a minute or two to walk to some fabulous restaurants in Little Italy and only moments from Chinatown. The only thing missing was a fitness room. Highly recommend.
Nobleden is small but cosy and in a somewhat nice neighbourhood depending which direction you go”
Location is between a good and bad neighbourhood. On one side you have access to a nice shopping strip, and the other side is quite seedy. You're in the middle of Chinatown which is great cause Chinese people mind their own business. The room is small but expected. The bathroom was spacious. There's no safe in the room but the cleaning ladies are nice and respectful especially when you tip like $4 USD on the bed. They ensure your room is spotless. There's complimentary coffee and basic drinks. Each morning at 7.30am there is free pastry cakes from Ferrara cafe in the lobby. First come first serve. The pastries are usually gone by 8am. There's no gym but you really don't need one as you have access to walking everywhere including Wall St area.
I have to say that this hotel was such a super surprise!! I have never stayed at a noble den but I booked it because the room rate was great, the location was where I needed it, and it had a cancellation option in case it didn't work out as the stay was part of a christmas gift. Well when we got there we were pleasantly surprised to find coffe and tea available 24hours, with pastries at 7am, with water bottle in the room for no extra charge. Also the room was stocked with all sorts of items in case you forgot something including slippers!! It was a large room and very clean. It had great views from the roof which we enjoyed but could not take advantage of too long as it was raining..but for nicer warmer months there was seating up on the roof for guests. The staff also was awesome..very helpful in directions of a a few great places to get breakfast the next morning. I would highly recommend this hotel and I have already recommended it to a friend and I would stay in it again!
Great location for eating . Walking distance to Soho, lower east side.”
The manager Morgan is always so nice. So many choices of non toursty local restaurant near by. Small room is very well designed and clean. I like this neighborhood much better than midtown Manhattan even its little inconvenience for the most of theaters and museums. Great price for the cool modern hotel.
