I booked this hotel for 1 night for my parents, husband and me. My father suddenly fell sick so I requested AGODA and the Nojoum Hotels to postpone the stay. They were very co-operating and postponed on the day I wanted without additional charges!!!!! I am very thankful to the team and was excited about the stay. Sadly, my father was still sick and I could not make it to the hotel. :( :( ( and the money was non-refundable!!)) :(( Nevertheless, I am thankful to Agoda and Nojoum Hotels for their understanding.

we stayed in 2 Bedroom apartment for 6 days. Sofas are quite old, some stains in it. but overall, stay is excellent, Rooms are huge and the Living Room area. I have recommended to friends who plan to travel to Dubai and stay for a long term. Nojoum is an excellent pick!

Do not expect any hospitality”
Value for money. Cleaning staff will come every day, but, they won't clean kitchen, they won't clear the waste bins in kitchen. Some days soaps and conditioners will be available in toilets but not every day. I think it is depended on person who is coming. Only one access card to the room will be given which might not work always. So, most of the times the guests will be trapped in basement. They won't be able to access the elevator from parking. Every time we have to go to reception to fix the card issue. Staffs are not friendly. We asked for an assistance for checkout to carry the luggages. We waited for 30mins. No one came. At last we ourselves carried everything down stairs. Altogether we had a bad experience.

It was very hudge apartment but two things that made it bad were that there were cockroaches in the apartment and other that their room service ( like asking for something like toiletries, towel, tea pouches etc.) was slow, I asked in night around 8pm and they didn't gave me till 10am next day until I got down to the reception.

The apartment is big for family or group. But the lighting is too dark to hide the dirt from the pillows and sofas even chairs in the dining table. Not safe for children. There were lots of mosquitos as well. We asked for spray. The smell of the spray is nice but the housekeeping smell left in the room. There is bad smell also in the kitchen and lots of cockroaches. Overall, not recommendable at all.

We made the mistake of a Dubai stop over 3 nights including New Years Eve. We didnt have many options for where to stay and knew from prior reviews what we were getting - so we didn't have high expectations but my scoring reflects what you get for your money. Avoid unless you have to stay.
