Im traveling around many countries as social media creator, I actually was in Helsinki from 14 till 19 May and bought a air ticket to Stockholm from 19 till 24 May then by mistake I did the booking in Helsinki instead of Stockholm, I called Agoda and the hotel even I went there explained to them that I bought the ticket before I made this booking but they refused to discuss!!!! With such attitude and no respect to people I advise to think ten times before you book in this hotel !!!!

The room is a tiny shoe box, there was dust under the bed, the heating didn’t work and there is no coffee or tea in the room as advertised. Disappointing, don’t waste your time

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER”
The staff didn’t do their own job properly to send me a confirmation email with check-in code, and there is NO staff accessible to me to fix it. It took me 2 hours standing in front of the self check in panel AT LATE NIGHT and I had to switch to another hotel at last. When I arrived at the hotel, I was unable to check in due to not receiving a check-in code from this hotel. The staff admitted it was their communication error. I attempted to contact the hotel staff by calling all the numbers listed on the notice board for help, but no one answered my call. After 15 minutes, I finally reached the security team, who were unable to assist me as they did not have access to the guest list. Despite their efforts to contact the hotel staff, they could not reach any of you, leaving me with no other option but to switch to another hotel at a late hour. I find it completely unacceptable that there was no support available to assist me with this issue. The only personnel who were accessible to me were not even hotel staff and had nothing to do with any issues related to the hotel. This is completely ridiculous and has left a bad impression on me.
