I booked this hotel a few hours prior to staying there, did not know the hotel but it turned out great. It was a nice place, nice people, not so busy and a sort of hidden treasure.

Great hotel but with hidden fee $25+tax per day”
Close to subway, walking distance to little Italy and China town. Hotel is nicely decorated, very hip and cozy. Staff were helpful and polite. But I noticed the design of the hotel was more about looks than practicality, especially the washroom had weak water pressure, the floor gets all wet because there was no glass door at the shower, and the lamps are located in a weird height and position within the room. Other than that, everything was great. If you choose this hotel, be warned that there is a $25 dollars plus tax fee per day of stay, for amenities. This was not mentioned beforehand throughout the booking process.

modern hotel but lack of some facilities”
Pros: The entrance is very pretty. Staffs were nice. Views were great. Cons: The top floor is closed for private event, so you cannot go up and take pics; The rooms are very very small, and it doesn't have many facilities such as: coffee machine, kettle, or even glasses and silverware. You can call room service for kettle, but the quantities are very limited. Stores near the hotel usually close at 9pm, and there are 2 continence stores around it, both are about 5min walk.

Very nice hotel”
Soho neighborhood is great and it is located in excellent location. A bit pricy I would say because the rooms are quite small, BUT we had areally good time anyways. A good TIP will be to stay as high as possible in this hotel. The helpdesk will put you anywhere availible from low level up to Penthouses levels.

Great stay but...”
The rooms are clean and tidy. We love it since we are quite particular on cleanliness. And bonus point is that we got a really good view from our room! Some of the staff are really friendly and some just don’t. No complaints though but it would be great if the hotel could install security on the lift system as anyone can have the full access to all the levels. Not really ideal...

Cute Boutique Hotel”
The hotel theme is very cute and enticing especially for millenials. The rooms are very modern and clean. The location is very convenient since it's right within SoHo and walking distance from quaint shops. We didn't get to try the outdoor restaurant though but it looks very enticing. Overall, we will consider this hotel again for our future trips in New York.

Location and decor
The rooms are small. A little more worn out than I would expect, but still, the decor was fantastic. Great view from our room, which had floor to ceiling windows. Also, I never say this, but I loved the toiletries they had!

cool boutique hotel, great location”
clear and stylish rooms, friendly staff, conveniently located
Stylish hotel, located really conveniently in Soho (and Chinatown). Loved the design of the rooms, and the staff were extremely helpful with our requested. An entirely pleasant and comfortable stay! The normal rooms tend to run on the small side, so be warned about that if you have loads of luggage or expect lots of room space. Despite that, the use of space was quite smart. Would love to return!

Breathtaking views, great location, the Soho experience!”
The hotel is a lovely boutique property in unrivalled location. The rooms with a view are amazing! Food is very good. The rooms are well appointed, bathrooms clean and water pressure of showers spot on. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Staff customer service attitude is choppy, some do excel (Andrew, outstanding by far, the gem of the lot), others seem really not bothered to put Nomo Soho on the good books of the savvy international treaveller. The scene and ambience is really enjoyable, easy and fun. The views take your breath away and as long as Andrew stays put, Nomo Soho is the place to stay for your leisure visit to NYC. Watch out for the very fashionable “urban amenity fee” of circa USD30 per day which will be added to your bill. If you book with Agoda, this is NOT clear at all when you confirm your purchase, and I would see it as a “hidden charge” which for most UK and European travellers is a let down. Agoda has already charged tax and some other fees already.

Excellent”
I like the hotel and depending on which room you get, it can be a very nice room , even though it is unusual to have the sink outside the bathroom. Very modern and well designed. Very clean. The downside is that there is no one to help with the luggage and then when you finally reach the place with the doormen, they are inside the hotel, not paying much attention. Good reception though, very helpful, they changed my room to accommodate me. I will definitely go back.

Tiny bathroom sink & hidden resort fees”
Plus : Great location, nicely designed hotel. Minus: the one and only sink is tiny and not even in the bathroom but on top of the mini bar; there is no space to put toiletries for 2 people. Big minus => unadvertised resort fee (25 USD per day) : I am still looking for the swimming pool, morning newspaper, palm trees... Resort fee charged in a boutique hotel with minimal service (staff was not helpful, especially the guys who help with luggage), really??

Incredible”
Located in the center of SoHo... Can't ignore the fact that the hotel is very lovely... We moved from the hotel at near Central Park to NoMo SoHo.. When we first entered to the tree hall way and to the lobby, we fell in love with the hotel (lobby smells lovely too - Gardenia scented ^^) Room was clean and always clean.. Shopping area is super close and super fun.. We loved walking to West village for trying food, which was a walking distance away... Very convenient... No downside for this hotel, in our opinion... Will surely return to this hotel if we have a chance to go back to Manhattan... :)

Nice room. No bath. There was no sink in the shower room. It was located outside of the shower room, beside the mini bar. Not very hygienic. Staff so, so. We were led to believe valet parking included in price. It was not. The location was fantastic. Will definitely use again.

My Super-Stay at Crosby Street Mondrian”
The rooms themselves, the views, the concierge service and check-in/out service.
It was excellent, and I have a lot to say about The Mondrian that is positive. However, it is also helpful to you to give you some honest criticism to point out where you could improve. The bartender at the indoor bar (behind the concierge desk) was very professional, and made great drinks. But... when you pay $16.00 for a glass of wine, the very least a bar can do is to provide some complimentary nibbles, such as nuts or crisps. This ought to be de rigueur. Second, the coffee I got at the bar in the atrium restaurant on Monday morning took WAY too long to make and to pay for. And it was THE MOST EXPENSIVE COFFEE IN THE WORLD at almost $7.00 (that's for a friggin' cup of coffee, it ain't champagne!). The scent that permeates the lobby is nice, but it can be a little cloying after a while and some people may not want that much fragrance up in their face. Finally, I was denied free access to the roof terrace on Sunday night because there was a DJ event -- again, when you pay a lot to stay at a hotel you would expect that entrance to the hotel's own roof terrace on ANY night, regardless of events, would be standard. Thanks for a lovely stay and I hope that these comments will help you to keep and to attract more happy customers.

Rooms were magnificent, clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel location is literally 30 seconds from everything!
After staying in Times Square at another really good hotel, we decided to move down to soho for the shopping and amazing restaurants/pubs/nightlife. The Mondrian was exactly like the photos and better! Big clean comfortable room and staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again..

I had a pleasant experience at Mondrian Soho. ”
Design & staff
The interior of the room I stayed was beautiful. Although the room was small, it was very clean and had a nice city view. Staffs were nice and helpful. I liked atmosphere and decor of every part of the hotel including ISOLA (the hotel restaurant). However, the only downside was food; bolognese pasta was below the average.. I've been stayed more than 15 hotels in nyc, and Mondrian Soho is definitely at the top of my list.
