The staff from the shuttle, receptionist and the buffet server and cook were all provided great service! They even allow us to extend our stay for few hours since our ferry is at 4pm. The chalet house was clean and big. All the plates, cutleries and kitchenware are provided. You can also visit Turi beach. Will definitely come back.

No regrets coming here. My garden view deluxe room is so cleeeaaannn, classy, spacious and comes with a smashing pool view by the balcony. No regrets coming here at all. Highly recommend garden view rooms from 212 to 218, other than the beachfront rooms. They have the best view for a upper vibe, thoughtful and respectful service. Definitely a place I would return for personal retreats from time to time. It is a hybrid of a luxurious condo and beachfront yacht country club with the resort style quietness Singaporeans would love. I love the fact that both Turi Beach and Nongsa Marina Point are sisters hotels so guests can just walk a leisure 3 mins to use the wide range of seasports, tennis courts and rockclimbing facilities freely of both premises. Super value for money staying here.

Worth stay for travellers”
This is my first time travel to Batam, we booked a deluxe sea view room for our anniversary and new year celebration. Staffs are welcoming and polite. Room is clean and tidy, has no smoke smell. The only thing is wifi could be slow and had to reconnect. For the complimentary pickup service from ferry terminal is "NONGSAPURA Ferry terminal" to the resort. I will definitely come back again:)

A simple place for families with children ”
Our chalet has 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Housekeeping was very good and the hotel serves decent breakfast and has a very big swimming pool.

A nice place to chill out and getaway from the hectic singapore lifestyle. The room is comfortable and clean but unfortunately toilet looks so old and worn out. Not much facilities and location is very far from the town. Don't expect much on the breakfast as we had the same food for 2 days. Overall its a good place if you are only planning to have a good rest.
