Pros-very close to Paddington station & several restaurants, cafes (recommend Panache for a quick sandwich) quick stops, souvenir shops. Have a lift available (although was tiny, did what it needed to do). Clean and service available everyday. Cons-bathroom is small so makes getting out/in and closing the door difficult. Bed was not the best, felt like mattress needs to be replaced as it sank in the middle. Didn’t like how the twin beds were basically side by side as if you had one double bed but then yet had to pay extra if you booked a 2 twin bed room. For the most part I would definitely stay here again!

Compact Convenience”
We wanted a place that was close to food, transport and touristy sites. This place was a stone's throw from Paddington Train Station (easy access to Heathrow), Paddington Tube station (perfect for travels to attractions - Hyde Park was just 5 to 8 min walk), eateries (plenty of sit down restaurants, Western and Asian. And a good number of halal ones as well.) There is even a small masjid across the road. To top it, St Mary's Hospital was just around the corner. The lobby and room were rather small for a 4* hotel than what we are used to but that was fine as we only needed a place to sleep. Simply decorated, clean lines and always neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. The only problem we had throughout the 2 night stay was that the 'cute' hotel lift broke down twice. We were fortunate to have stayed on level 3 and the lift worked when we arrived and checked out. Other than that, the hotel was all we needed for a short stay in London.

Pros: nice clean room, friendly and professional staff - reception staff, breakfast staff and maintenance guy (fixed the room safe). Breakfast very good. Location close to Paddington train station. Lots of cafes and pub/restaurants nearby. Cons: small room being London of course - I am 5'11' and my feet hung off the end of the bed. One small elevator. If that breaks down and you are on a higher floor there is no chance of moving a suitcase up/down the steep and narrow stairs.

The club rooms were far too small but the interconnecting rooms were ideal for a family. Beds very comfortable. All staff were helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was very good.

Great location near Paddington for Heathrow trains, regional trains and tube. Nice neighbourhood. Lots of food choices around. Hotel is recently renovated in a modern style. Room was a typical London smallish room but fine for one person on business. Renovated bathroom, comfy bed. Great price for London.

Hotel was great, and fantastic location. One downside was that the room is Extremely small. We were there as 2 friends with big suitcases so very little space to live around the room, and not enough room to get changed in the bathroom. Other then the small room, we loved it. The bed was sooo comfy.

I like staying in this hotel because of location and value for money. I will probably continue to stay here in future, but will not risk recommending to a friend because two problems I faced: 1. I have confirmed booking by Agoda for two rooms, but they only had a record for one room. They only gave in after I showed a printed copy of Agoda confirmed booking. 2. I lost some cash in Euro and Malaysian Ringgit in my room. It happened over a one hour period I left my room for breakfast. I reported to the reception counter upon checking out about one hour later. I requested the receptionist to email me in case they found it. I have not received any news todate.

We booked a club double night stay on 7Dec. Room was very small, bed was against the wall. Due to booking a week prior arrival, the per night rate was expensive considering the size of the room. However, decor is modern, room is clean as well. Corridor is rather narrow but I think can be typical of london hotels. Close location to paddington station and to food.

Everything great but the lift was diabolical. Might hold 3 people with three cases but a tight squeeze and talk about slow. There are 5 floors and we must have waited about 10 minutes to get down to reception to check out from the 3rd floor. Going down the stairs was not an option as they are a tight squeeze also.

Good hotel but bad customer service ”
I was very disappointed about my last stay in the hotel. The night before my leaving I surprised that my LV plastic bag and the dust bag of my LV new bag were taken by the house keeper, also my large primark reusable shopping bag was taken. I called the receptionist but he he said that he has nothing to do and I have to wait until tomorrow after the breakfast. I told him that I have to leave at 6:00 am to the airport and I need my stuff back but he didn’t manage to do anything. I have sent an email to the hotel to describe the issue but no one even care to response.

Double room very small and the bed is also very small and short. My husbands legs were out of the bed and he is 185cm tall. WC tiny.In order to get out of the wc you should open the door of the wc and get back of the door to make space to open the door. During our booking we booked including breakfast and when we went for breakfast we were disappointed since the staff there informed us that we paid only for continental breakfast ( nothing was stated during the booking process) and we needed to pay additional £4,99 in order to eat English breakfast since continenty was very poor in variety especially for vegetarians. Overall clean and good location.

Nice hotel but disappointing room”
Disappointed! Arrived to my room to find the double i booked was actually a twin with an adjoining room door that did not lock! When i saw staff the girl assisting me said the bed is what it is as "that is what their paperwork said" even after showing her my booking confirmation. I said i'd get over the bed but i was not staying in a room with an adjoining room door that did not lock, she did not want to move me and did not have a solution. After again stating i do not feel safe as a solo female traveler sleeping in a room a stranger can walk into another member of staff told her another room to give me. Still a twin but was not adjoining. I was happy with that. Until i checked out the following morning and they wanted to charge me an additional $180AUD for a "room upgrade". The male staff member that morning quickly cancelled the charge when i told him why i was moved, thankfully! That was not something i wanted to deal with at 4.30am. Overall lovely hotel and rooms, just disappointed

I paid for this as a treat for my partner's birthday. With expectations of a 4-star hotel and a good price in those eyes, but I thought it would be a great treat. Upon arrival, our room was ready early which we had previously rung up to ask if we could have it from 2 rather than 3. The room itself is small, one of the smallest hotels I have ever been in and the bathroom was also small to the point that getting in and out was awkward. Complimentary shampoo/conditioner, a bar of soap, shower caps, and moisturizer was provided however no shower gel which we haven't encountered staying at a hotel before. The bed itself was a very good size and comfortable and the room very clean. There was, however, construction work right outside our window and we weren't warned that we would be woken up at 8AM the next day by drilling outside our window or a fire alarm test going off at 9AM. Some of our facilities didn't work including the TV remote, Air Con and the wifi itself was very slow to the point we had to use our phone data.
