ロフト付きの部屋でした。 ビジネス目的の宿でしたので、到着したら入浴して寝るだけ。あまり楽しむこともなく過ごしました。 清潔で、快適でした。他の方が、音が気になると仰っておられますが、私は気になりませんでした。 出来れば枕元に、スマホが充電できるようにコンセントが欲しかったですが、それ以外は問題もなく快適でした。

駅前のバスターミナル先の信号を渡ったすぐそばで、アメリカンテイストな内装が新しく気持ちのいい時間を過ごせました。ただし、チェックイン、チェックアウト等の決まりを守ることが必要の為、考慮必要。

最便宜房間單人房兩人住空間算大，整體裝潢很棒，服務也不錯，但廁所非常小不方便，單人床比較擠，隔音不好，住邊間304不錯，可以避免兩邊噪音，服務人員每天手動換大門密碼鎖，但如果你早上出門旅遊都遇不到員工上班，那你記得一定要回電問新的密碼，不然你晚回員工下班你就進不了門了！

酒店位置非常卓越, 離JR福知山駅，只須5分鐘步行距離便可抵達, 附近亦有百貨公司、超級市場 和 食肆, 非常方便。酒店房間整潔、基本設備齊全。酒店服務不俗, 員工有禮, 可暫代寄存行李至晚上才取走, 下次再來會再考慮再入住。

在jr站附近，步行几分钟就到。退房时间在10点，有点早，但想退房后去福知山城，老板娘特意告知清洁阿姨不锁大门让我随时回来取行李。老板娘英语一般，但会用英语翻译软件，沟通完全没问题。这个城市酒店选择不多，这种hostel也不错。推荐给路过福知山的各位。

酒店很新，离火车站很近，赶车去天桥立很方便，另外房间虽然小，但是设计风格让人舒服，干净，床和床品都非常舒服，性价比高。

距離福知山站很近，走路不超過五分鐘，附近有大型超市、超商，補給方便，老闆英文不錯，可溝通，民宿1樓有提供飲水機跟咖啡可飲用，唯獨樓梯樓梯很窄跟陡，不適合太大的行李，換了兩間房洗澡的水都會忽冷忽熱，附近疑似有卡拉ok，晚上其實會聽到一點聲音，但不會吵到無法入睡，以福知山的住宿來說，這間算是性價比高的，下次還是會考慮來住

旅館還算乾淨，房間偏小浴室很小，沒有電梯，且樓梯蠻窄的<<這點拿大行李的人務必要考慮清楚，我們二個女生搬2個28吋行李搬的滿身汗。而且服務人員不會幫你抬行李，只會告訴你門鎖怎麼使用。 隔音效果有點差，早上會聽到許多開門和推行李的聲音。 天橋立下來的大城市是福知山... 可以住福知山CP值較高且晚上可以吃美味的燒肉料理 扣除沒有電梯的話，還算可以的價位，且一人可以睡一張床。

近車站十分方便，也很乾淨。 convenient and clean ”
Hostel 與福知山市站只有一街之隔十分方便，有管理員在你入住時細心介紹所有設施(他的英語不太流利，但labels 上都有標明各項物品資料) 。接待處旁有飲水機和咖啡能使用。上二樓只能靠樓梯、有大型行李會比較麻煩。 房間整潔，有小冰箱和吹風筒。洗手間狹小但一應俱全亦一塵不染。 於hostel 近晚7時時，我突然上腹絞痛，求助管理員幫忙叫救護車。因為語言不通情況稍為混亂， 我們靠translate apps溝通，因此强烈建議大家準備好旅遊語言通的apps 方便緊急情況使用。救護車很快便到了， 去了福知山市民醫院就診，醫護人員幾乎不會說英語，幸好最後自己不再疼痛平安出院(此又為旅遊保險的重要性)。
