Always a good choice”

I come to Vancouver about 5 times a year for meetings. Although I may be required to stay at other properties depending on the location/nature of the visit, when I get to book hotel myself, the Hilton is always my first choice. For me it is the best example of the increase in quality that one can get for a bit more money per night. The rooms are modern and clean. Metrotown Mall is close by if my family comes with me. There is an Earl's restaurant within walking distance, as well as a Subway (sandwiches), a liquor store and a grocery store. This is a property you can book with confidence.

The Hilton is very convenient for our visit to Vancouver. My daughters were out shopping at Metrotown when we needed some down time! Good restaurants & the train are all within walking distance

good location and connected to the shopping centre ”

my son study in Simon Fraser, so this place is a good hub to stay and easily connected to SF by bus. this hotel also connected to the shopping mall next door. and very near to Metrotown train station.

Hotel is located in the GOOD LOCATION --center of Burnaby city. Service is good and very clean.

Easy to access Vancouver metro area. Next to shopping, dining and the train. Next to an Asian mall with great bakery items. Only complaint is the gym is really small.

The hotel staff are friendly and the room is clean. The hotel is also located near the train station as well as the largest mall in Vancouver. There are decent restaurants nearby such as Catus as well. Overall it was a good stay at the hotel.

Above average”

We were assigned to a room at the far end corner of the hotel, which was facing right at the center of a large construction site, (though we had requested for a quiet room and paid extra for higher floor as we were staying for 4 nights, we were told that no other room was available, neither single or double beds). The construction engines started at 7am, the noise was so disturbing that we can hardly stay in the room. At 8am, we decided to move to another hotel and tried to request for a change of room for the last time. To our surprise, there were 2 rooms available, they were located at the other end of the hotel, relatively quiet with open view. It was 8 in the morning, these rooms were probably available when we checked in the previous day as we checked in late in the evening. Other than the noise, the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the metrotown station, which is about 20 min ride from downtown.

Loved our stay! The only thing that bothered me was the alarm went off at 6:45 a.m. and we didn't set it. If the room staff were to make it a habit to check as they prepare a room, it would make a stat there absolutely perfect. This is really the only negative thing I can say about our entire stay.

Great location, facilities and service”

Pros: Location, very close to Metro trains. Proximity to shopping, food etc. Service was very efficient and friendly. Cons: Can't think of anything that would prevent us from staying here again.

Very convenient location for food and shopping. If you love Chinese food, you are in the right place ! Plenty of choices right next door. Across the road, you can shop to your heart's content. A bit far from down town. But sky train station is right next to the shopping mall.

Overnight visit”

We requested early check in and we were accommodated. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. We enjoyed the location.We would definitely stay there again.
