excellent location
free wifi at lobby, central location, easy access to everywhere
in gerenal all ok, they ask 1 usd to make a local call to check why the airport shuttle is 15 min... i think this should be free service from front desk....

Nice small hotel facing lagoon
Nice location in hotel area
We spent a few days in this hotel. We were not amazed, but the hotel is nice and clean, good value for money. The location is nice, in the hotel area nearby restaurants and closed to the beach (although it is on the Lagoon side)

good location, nice rooms
quiet, confortable, affordable, good location
i stayed with a friend for 2 nights, we shared a double beds room the first night and had each one of us a studio the second night. the location is perfect close to the party area and close to nice beaches. both types of room were very convenient, clean and quiet. the price was very affordable. internet is however only accessible in the swimming pool area and reception area. but this hotel was a very good overall experience.

Decent hotel - poor location
Room size
first of all, this hotel is not on the beach. it's 5-10 minutes walk away, through some of the crappiest night club parts of cancun (even during the day, these places are pretty nasty). once you're on the nearest public beach, it's pretty ok, so if you don't mind the walk to the beach (playing frogger to cross two streets), it's ok. we liked the large apartments (they're actually not just rooms, but instead have their own kitchen and commom area, etc.).

Good environment and location but old buildings
located at a busy area of the hotel zone, easy to find food, souvenirs, and tours
You get what you pay for. The overall environment is clean and neat. But some facilities in the room are old, such as bathtub and towels. Wi-Fi access only at the lobby, restaurant, and by the pool side.

good location but werid design of room
locate in the centre of hotel zone, close to big shopping mall and clubs
this hotel has a good location which it is close to big shopping malls and clubs as well as good restaurants, hence its easy to go shopping dinning or even street foods. but the hotel room is weird enough to have no beds (they have large sofa for you to sleep but with no blankets and pillow), the room is large with kitchen but the toilet and shower room is extremely small

Relaxing Hotel and comfortable rooms
Relaxing Hotel with convenient location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good service with friendly and helpful staff.
The Hotel just opposite to Cancun Exhibition Centre with nearby mall and restaurants. Environment of the Hotel is relaxing. Free Wifi available in reception hall is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable with adequate facilities but is a bite noisy for rooms near the side of nightclubs and bars. Staff are friendly and helpful in providing service. In sum, Cancun Club Hotel is a good choice for the price.

Perfect location with all the amenities
Away from main street with a beautiful view of the bay. Loved the pool area and beach restaurant -- they were beautiful but felt cozy and relaxing, unlike some high class hotels. Beautiful grassy area in front of hotel overlooking the water with lounge chairs and covered palapas. Lots of restaurants and shops just a block away. Rooms were comfortable, shower had good water pressure and A/C worked well.
The hotel is old and dated and needs a little deferred maintenance but everything worked well and everything was clean. Rooms were a good size, had a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed. The beds were a little hard but that didn't bother us a bit. I would definitely stay there again -- in a heartbeat.

Great value at Agoda price
Gardens well kept, restaurant decent
Booked this through Agoda (I think it showed up on Kayak). We needed a place to spend one night before driving down to Akumal. Had expected to stay downtown to save money but thos was even cheaper.
