I stayed in this hotel for a business trip. It was a great experience. The hotel's facility is new since the hotel is newly constructed. The staff is polite. When I ask for tooth paste which I forgot at home, staff has it ready at the front desk. The hotel's location is right of the Spaulding Turnpike and situated at weeks circle of tri-city area. There are grocery stores and restaurants near by. Also shopping malls are near by.

I stayed on night for business trip and found that this hotel is located next to an major highway exit. It is at the "tri-city" cross road and so that is convenient to travel to Dover at South, Eat to Somersworth and Maine, North to Rochester.
