Jewel of a Hotel”
Stayed in this hotel in a twin room for one night while attending a 50th party. The hotel is one of the best I have stayed in whether in the UK or abroad. It is a lovely old hotel which has been refurbished to a high standard. The rooms are bright and modern and the communal areas have a lovely traditional feel. The staff are lovely, friendly and really helpful. The dinner menu was varied serving traditional food alongside some more unusual dishes. Our meal was delicious, reasonably priced and the presentation was wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic, it is such a pleasure to have it freshly cooked and not a buffet. All in all, this was a wonderful stay.
