Give it a miss unless it is the last room in Beijing.”

A Quick Summary: Stay here if there are No Other Choices. Breakdown: 1) Location: While somewhat considered to be in the vincinity of the Beijing City "Central". It is infact located in a dirty little residential area with nothing worth noting. Infact, its location only accessible via small alleyways mostly avoided by taxis and PHVs. Walking into and out of the compound is only interesting the first time if you like to find directions using compasses or via map apps. 2) The Hotel: If you manage to find the hotel, the sear challenge of doing that will somewhat make the facade of the hotel a somewhat welcomed sight. Entering the small hotel lobby reception, you will be pleasantly greeted by a coordinated display of old memerbilas that gives this hotel a somewhat kinky charm. But worry not. The magic (if any) quickly fades away the moment you leave the lobby and waddles towards your room. And oh. There is no lift. Help with you luggages depends on who is manning the desk when you check in. Rooms and corridors are better left uninspected. 3) Facility: Besides your room and en-suite toilet/shower. That's about it. I heard there is a dining area/restaurant in the hotel but never visited it because I had not paid enough to have breakfast included. 4) Staff: This is a good mix of the good and the rude. So toss your coin, don't expect much and you will be fine. 5) The ROOM. For its price, to be fair, it is on the margin of being acceptable. BUT. if you intend to stay cool or take showers, the room quickly goes down in rating. It will not come as a surprise if the owner of the hotel carefully and surgically calculated the very fine balance of price vs cancellation to come up with the pricing of the room. Even before I had my first room, they told me that it will be a Sub-Floor room. Meaning it will be partially underground and may be somewhat humid. Then if you enquire if there are other rooms, you will be quickly inform that there ARE indeed other option bu
