An experience to be forgotten.”

Location is good, checking-in experience was fairly easy and straight forward. However point to note and also to management, how can you insist that your guest submit a copy of their identity card over any form of media channel for identification "purposes"? Overall unhappy with this booking for the many reasons below: 1. Expensive considering the quality of cleanliness. Extremely smelly and strong cigarette odour on drapes, bed and sofa! 2. No tissue paper provided except one miserable toilet roll. 3. Charges cleaning services fee but yet given a room that was of sub-standard. 4. On day of check-out at 1045am, a bag was placed by cleaners next to the entrance door with change of linens signifying and indicating that as guest you are pressured to leave on time before 12pm or get charged rm15 p/hr.

Stay for 2 nights for two people only provide 2 small bottle of water. Expected complementary coffee or tea but nothing provided. Small towels also not provided. Prefer stay in normal hotel next trip.

No cooking allowed…no tissues & no foc coffee or tea…control in& out is not what I expected because anyone can just walk to your room door…for small families ok la if under budget…parking is free…if not under budget, better to stay in hotels…
