Great location!”
Our stay at the Nova Villa Hoi An was great! It's located walking distance from Hoi An so it was super nice to walk everywhere and not have to worry about transportation during our short stay there. The staff was nice and friendly. Room and bathroom were really clean. Free breakfast was decent. The pool is a bit small but not a big deal since we didn't use it anyway.

Fantastic stay”
Wow! Everything was great but the staff were fantastic. Very friendly but what was best is how detailed they were. I felt like I was their friend or first customer. The girl who checked us in was very thorough about everything (our room,safe, A/C etc) it seemed almost a bit much until I realized she wanted to ensure we had the most comfortable stay. She recommended tours and gave us a map and marked down all the places we should check out. She also informed us of a Vietnamese breakfast option if we booked it the day before as they would bring in the required ingredients. The pool was very nice, small (which was fine) but no chill which was great. You could pay more and get a hotel that treats you like a king but the Nova Villa did this and it was genuine. Location isn't far from the core but it is about a 10 minute walk. I only mention this if mobility is an issue. Thank you to all the staff at Nova Villa!

Great little place”
Nova Villa was great for our stay in Hoi An, very close to night life district and the old town, extremely easy to get around. The rooms are modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The staff at Nova Villa were great, so polite and helpful all the time, we really enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was pretty good and they encouraged us to sample the vietnamese breakfast as we were there a few days... Trust me get the vietnamese breakfasts!!! they are delicious! one of the best pho's we had in all of vietnam! and super delicious cao lau. Would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend it. Props again to the amazing staff.

Great place to stay close to the old town”
Welcoming, friendly staff and a spotlessly clean room close (5 mins walk) to the historical old town make Nova Villa a great choice to stay in Hoi An. Room was light, bright, had a ceiling fan and air con, good shower in bathroom with hot and cold water 24/7. Small pool and delicious breakfast added to a great stay.

Great location, friendly staff, good wifi”
A 7 minute walk to old town. Very clean modern rooms, a good sized private pool at rear. An Alacarte breakfast menu with reasonable choice, or pre order a Vietnamese breakfast night before. All the staff were extremely friendly with good English. Can hire bikes and book private car for trips out of town. Cheaper with a private car for 1/2 day than booking an organised tour. Shuttle buses no longer operate from Danang airport and metered taxis are more expensive than booking a private car pick-up from Nova Villa when booking. Cable TV has lots of foreign channels. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

wonderful cozy place!”
i spent 3 days at nova villa with my husband recently. hotel had arranged for pick up from danang international airport with a minimal fee, and driver was already waiting when we arrived, which was a plus. check in process was a breeze. the room was nice, clean and cosy. our room had a balcony with seating area and we had the view of the pool. bathroom was so clean and this hotel as informed is 3yrs old, it looks new. our room came with breakfast, eventhough it wasnt buffet, we could order as much as we could eat. the pho, pancakes, omelletes and eggs that we had we delicious. i also must comment about the housekeeping staff, reception staff and kitchen staff were all polite and wonderful ppl. they made our stay there pleasant, if i were ever to return to hoian, i would definitely choose nova villa without any doubt.

Best stay throughout Vietnam”
Since staying at Nova Villa we've thought about every hotel we've stayed in throughout our 2 month trip in SE Asia and this one is hands down the best! (Better than most in Europe too!) It was mostly the lovely hosts and hostesses that made it so special. They were so happy and helpful and always had genuine, lovely conversations with us. Aside from this, the location is excellent, very close to the beautiful ancient town. The facilities and rooms were really new and clean, breakfast was delicious and varied (can order as much as you like) plus bike rental, help with tours... We can't think of anything that needs improvement. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I hated to leave ”
Nova Villa is the best hotel I have stayed at in the last 10 weeks traveling through SEA. I wanted to stay forever. The hotel is clean, modern and impeccable. The staff were all helpful and friendly. They spoke wonderful English and gave me lots of good tips. Breakfast was amazing! Loved the variety and that you could have all you wanted. Thanks in particular to Trang who was such a joy. Of all the places I have been, this is the one I want to return to the most.

Gorgeous botique hotel! Lovely staff”
We had a lovely stay at the Nova Villa. We had the basic room and stayed on the ground floor.. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond even giving us a takeaway breakfast when we left at 6:00am to go to the airport. The pool is very clean, lovely rain overhead shower and comfortable beds and pillows. Really have no complaints about this place, it was a small walk to the old town but we preferred that to avoid the noise of the party goers. A+++++

Perfect stay in amazing location”
The room was sunny with a nice view of river and island. The breakfast was pretty good, and staff let me order more than one item (coffee plus a shake, pineapple pancake plus omelet). The pool is tucked into a tiny space behind with only room for a few chairs, but be very careful because the steps into it are polished marble and it's easy to slip and fall. Staff could not have been nicer, though they were stumped when I needed an adapter for my 3-prong computer plug (be sure to bring one, they're unknown in Vietnam). Hoi An more than lives up to its rave reviews, and this place gets a little noise when there are performances across the river, but it didn't go late and it's not the discos down the street. Great place!

Great little hotel at the edge of all the action!”
Great location and value for the money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but well equipped with AC and fans. Front desk staff helped to arrange for a taxi to the airport, laundry, other tours and helped when we had a complication with our flight. After a rain storm (on our first night) we found some bugs in the room and requested to move rooms, the staff assisted us to a new room immediately (luckily they had one on a higher floor available). Breakfast included means you can order anything off the menu, as much as you want, which is very generous. Breakfast items are not Vietnamese though so if you want noodles or Cao Lau, you will need to venture outside. The pool, though small, was adequate and lovely on a hot day! Would definitely stay here again if in Hoi An.

perfect place to stay”
we stayed for 6 days and Villa Nova was perfect. the location is just slightly outside of old town but, an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants and it is much quieter when you want to sleep. the room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony to relax on. staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was great. would definitely stay again

Perfect location, Perfect hospitality!”
Very clean and comfortable hotel a short walk to the night market and ancient town. Breakfast is good but no Vietnamese options. Staff are super helpful and obviously genuinely care about their guests experience in Hoi An. They arranged train tickets, tours and car for us all at fair prices. They even provided late breakfast when we returned fr M the sun rise My Son tour and early "take away" breakfast when we left early to catch the train in Danang. Truely outstanding!

Helpful, Friendly Staff in a Great Location”
The friendly and super helpful staff at this centrally located hotel, near the picturesque river, certainly helped me have a lovely time in Hoi An. The hotel is close to many eateries and there is a small store only a street away. The hotel were able to arrange bus transport to Hue which collected me from the hotel. As a solo female traveller, I felt vey safe at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other women.

I stayed just for one night, but I should have stayed longer. This hotel is much more than I expected. Hoi an is quite exciting city specially at night, in other words, really noisy till midnight. The place of this hotel is 2 minutes walk to the main street so you can enjoy the hoi an night but also you can relax at the hotel without loudly music, voice and honking. I definitely choose this hotel for next time.

Great hotel a little ways from the ancient town”
The hotel is located outside of the Hoi An ancient town, about a 10-15 minute walk. Room was very clean, hotel is new and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is that I would be wary of the bus company that they use to book onward travel for guests. They booked me a ticket to Hue and when the bus got to Hue, the last stop was on the outskirts of town in the middle of nowhere (not the bus station). We were left to a pack of taxis and motorbikes with no other choices where I felt I was overcharged for the trip into town (but have no proof). Otherwise, the hotel is a great place to stay.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING”
Without a doubt the best place I've stayed in Asia, even more so with the value for money. All staff were instantly warm and helpful and walked me through where to go in Hoi An and what to avoid. Rooms have all the amenities you need, the pool is great and location is perfect for getting around the town. The delicious complimentary breakfast sitting outside was a highlight. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely warm and inviting. Can't quite believe this is a 2 star only rated hotel. A definite stay.

We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 8! I can honestly say this is one of the best places I've ever stayed, the value for money is amazing. The staff are so attentive and helpful and the hotel itself is just beautiful. It's only 5 minutes walk to the centre of the old town and it's on the quiet side of the bridge so there's none of the many tourists outside your hotel, keeping it very quiet and peaceful. Brilliant breakfast in the morning, delicious coffee, and the pool area is a welcome sight after a super hot day walking round Hoi An. A must for anyone visiting. I will definitely be back!

Small but a great hotel”
This small hotel got a real good location near to the haritage town of Hoi An. First class hospitality. Thumb up to the reception and security. Especially Ms. Van. Vary helpful and caring. My son was sick and can't take any solid food during our stay. she help me to call for a doctor to treat him. And the security officer help me find my son's infant formula when we run out off milk powder. Not his job after all, taking me on his bike to almost five places to search for the specific brand. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. Good job guys.
