Novotel Avignon Centre Hotel is our choice as transitional stop between TGV and rental car and it serve the purpose quite well. Gare Avignon Centre is just 5 minutes of walking and taking TER to TGV station is just 6 minutes.

The hotel is very well furnished and designed. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a very good choice in Avignon.

A hotel with excellent location. The city's important sites and the Avignon train station are accessible on foot. Can be used as a base for those planning to explore the area with car as it has car park on-site (10 euro/night). Offers good breakfast with a variety of local breads. The only downside was that we stayed here during late June and the air conditioning wasn't working properly!

Because of an accidental, erroneous entry on the reservation (for which I was charged) I have not been to the Novotel Avignon Centre Hotel yet. The intended reservation was for May and I will be better able to respond to this inquiry after our actual time with you.

Good hotel but disappointed by the front counter as well as the manager”
The hotel was good and but I was truly disappointed by the front counter misrepresentation. It is the practice that front counter during the check in will highlight whether the booking is with or without breakfast and if it is without breakfast front counter will offer the breakfast package by letting know the guest the breakfast cost per pax. Such is the practice across the whole world even those hotel without standard and not to mention Novotel. The front counter girl, Vanessa, DIDN'T mention that my stay without breakfast and DIDNT even let me know how much is the cost of the breakfast. Charges must be made known to guest upfront (that's the practice for any industry not to mention hoteline). Vanessa surprised me after my 3 night stays during the check out issuing me a bill for the breakfast. Vanessa realized that was her mistake and voluntarily offered a waiver for a day but I have decided okay to pay first and letting her to discuss with her superior. Surprised me the superior emailed acknowledging that it was her staff mistake and agreed that during the check in Vanessa should have highlighted the breakfast was not included and offer us the breakfast by informing us the rate of the breakfast but she didn’t offer any remedy for the mistake! Not even a day that Vanesssa proposed earlier!! I found that it is very unfair to me to bear the cost of the wrongdoing of their hotel staff. And super ridiculously the manager in email highlighting that “The cost of breakfast is mentioned in the rooms, outside of the hotel, in internet and behind the desk”!! So?? Does that mean the front counter is not replied to bried the guest before checking in?? i was travelling 16N19D for this trip staying in 7 hotels. It is impossible for me to remember all the types of room I booked and the included amenities be it twin or double bed, smoking or non-smoking, with or without breakfast during my trip having checking in and checking out in hotels in Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Aix en pr

Didn’t meet my expectation of a Novotel hotel. Aircon is not working for few days and we only met one nice smiling staff during our stay who recommended a nice local restaurant nearby - Vintage... there are other hotels nearby
