Great Location Hotel in Silom Area I just love it everything is what I needed whitin my reach. 7-11,Family Mart,Banks,Supermarket and A few mins walk to the BTS station. Hotel is ok a bit dated but everything is clean my room has a perfect view of the city. The only downside is the security deposit that they are asking. They asked me to deposit 4000 Bahth for 4 nights. Other hotels in Thailand don’t ask that much.

Brief visit”
After spending a week travelling Myanmar staying in average hotels this Novotel was a delight. Good sized room, big comfy bed and big clean modern bathroom. The room had a big window looking west so you had a nice view of the sunset. The pool was icy cold so I only took one dip. It's also on the western side of the building so it's a nice spot in the afternoon Location-wise it's pretty good. I took Grab bikes to most places to make life easier but the the hotel isn't that far from metro stations if you wanted to get around that way. I'd definitely stay here again

I am looking for an affordable hotel and I know Novotel is one the best 4 star hotels in the area. I cannot complain because i got it for a super low price with a quality service. Location is a bit far from BTS and Silom central proper. But what i like about it is that it is walking distance to Lebua Skydeck.

Novotel Silom Very Mediocre”
The only real pro for me was proximity to a medical facility in Silom. The room was clean, however the backlit mirror in the bathroom was broken and swinging open on it's hinges. It had been held by double sided tape. The refrigerator was broken. As there was no iron or ironing board in the room, I requested one upon arrival so I could iron clothes before going out. It took four requests and two hours to have this arrive. This wasted considerable time and I was late to a dinner engagement. The mirror was not fixed upon request. The refrigerator was 'fixed' late on the second day of my stay. Breakfast was very limited compared to the Pullman or Amara, as was the 'Prawns on Fire' seafood buffet. I paid for an unlimited drinks package but the lack of service saw my drink refilled once. Due to the close proximity of the hotel to my medical facility I was forced to book extend for another two nights. Reception disinterestedly told me to do it online. Poor. Cleaning staff were lovely.

Nice quality room, clean with very cheap price, service is not much offer but if u ask staff are willing to help which can acceptable with the good hotel room only 1100b per night, if u need just nice and clean room to stay during business trip, great choice to choose
