Very good stay”
This was my 2nd stay at Novotel, the first being 3 years ago. The hotel is is very clean, rooms are very comfortable, and is in a good location with easy access to the BTS. The staff are very professional and make you feel at home. I must mention Khun Shanks on reception, who helped me with a couple of enquiries and was very efficient. I didn't use the gym but often swam and the pool is more than sufficient for lengths. I have already booked my next stay at Novotel in June 2023. I look forward to my next stay and would highly recommend this hotel for all travellers

Stayed just the one night but thought it was excellent. Check in was easy, getting from the free car park to reception was just a short elevator ride. The room was clean and modern and had some nice extras like a shaving mirror, the bed was extremely comfortable. We had some room service and it arrived promptly and was good value. I had a drink up at the sky bar and thought it was also very well done with great views. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and was well organised. If I had to criticise anything it would be that we could hear running water from other rooms when they showered etc, not sure of the extent of the issue in other rooms though. Overall though it was excellent value with helpful staff and I would stay there again

We love this place as very clean and rooftop also nice cocktails and drinks. Only one thing i would suggest is in the room have no lotions. The location was ok a bit far from hotel to Main Street but have mini bus delivery whenever you like to go out but need to walk back to hotel. Overall is all good,

Very convenient location, ten minutes walk to Asoke / Sukhumvit MRT / BTS stations. Spotless clean rooms and amenities. Very friendly staff, at reception, at the pool, in the restaurant, plus the housekeepers. Highly recommend the place and will certainly stay again.

Simply the best ”
We stayed for almost a week and we really enjoyed it. The staff were very attentive to the needs of their client. The price is very reasonable since it was low season. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food. 8 just wish they provide shuttle service to major spots for free like other hotels nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'll definitely go back there when we go back to Phuket.

The facilities are good like as swimming pool and sky bar and room conditions.. Btw front staff need to catch the customer request. I did checked in process before noon. becaz my room is not ready and then back to hotel evening to get a room key. But one of the staff (F..? ) is super slowly to process my check-in again and gave me the smoking floor even though I requested the non-smoking room. And i need to go down to request change my room and waiting waiting.. at the same time, i got to have promise n hurry to go out. I asked her to there is no room? And the staff showing me quite annoying face and told me to wait. About 5-10mins later got to have room. Wasted my time. Room service is also take the time. Except for that, the concierge staff are super help and kind. THaNK YOU so much GUYS!
