The rooms are big and clean and well laid out with usb ports , universal plug sockets , great bathrooms , large windows and air con. The roof has an awesome pool and lounge area , the breakfast in the morning is gorgeous and the chef will gladly cook you the egg style you want in front of you with a smile. The location is great and is close to the nightlife and still has bus and rail access to everywhere within an hour. The only thing that can beat all of that is the staff who are friendly and helpful in every single aspect and go above and beyond at every opportunity.

I have loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL, the rooms are as CLEAN as they can possibly be, the rates are FAIR, especially going through Agoda. We had to move rooms several times because we chose to extend, come back here etc. and staff was so accommodating. I would stay here indefinitely if I could. Thank you Novotel for making our trip this much better. You ROCK!👍🙏💪

Great value and comfort for this relatively new location. Staff were super and housekeeping was great. Rooftop bar, lounge and with infinity swimming pool was an added bonus. Amazing place.

Just completed my 3 night stay. Not normally one to weed rite reviews, but, I will make an exception. This is by far, the nicest hotel that I have stayed in Bangkok.from the facilities,to the location.But the best feature of this review is the front desk personel. Whatever my question or my need they were very courteous and attended to my needs. I was very worried about getting a covid test within 24 hrs of travel. No problem. They had someone come to my room within 2 hrs and take my test. Results in a matter of hrs. Thankfully, negative results. Finally, to the manager. You should be very thankful of your staff. From the front desk to the dining area. They are the reason that I will be returning in a few month. Thank you, for a wonderful stay at your hotel.

I have been traveling throughout Asia for 3 years and this is my top stay no doubt. My fiancé and I recently got engaged and decided to come to Bangkok for a little spoil ourselves weekend. I debated about staying here because I thought for such a great price It would be run down - but man I am so glad we chose this hotel! From our arriving, Kook & Kan welcomed us so wonderfully and every single staff member went over and beyond for us. We were chosen as ‘special guests’ and were spoilt. We felt very special, especially as it was a special weekend for us. If you’re hesitating to stay here, book! It’s amazing value for money, the view & pool magical, drinks at the bar delicious and super close to BTS. Would 100% stay here again!!

The Novotel Sukhumvit 4 hotel was a great little hotel to stay at for the test & go package. It was a very straight forward and easy process and the hotel staff were very accomodating with any questions/queries we had prior to checking in. The room service whilst we awaited our results was excellent, food was very tasty and fresh. Location was great with the train station being very close by as well as Nana plaza. Rooms were spacious. Highly recommend!

Overall the hotel is good, it is clean, the room is nice and good size, staff are great and helpful and facilities such as swimming pool and the gym are great. Buffet breakfast was good for this hotel prize, one thing it can be improved on the fruit which have been prepared already such as the papaya was sliced and stick each other which showed they are not freshly cut. Yes there are many bars in the surrounding area however, they never bother me. I will certainly look for this hotel again when I visit Bangkok.

I love the food here especially Club sandwiches 🥪 I wonder what they use for salad cream ( That would be great if they tell me about recipe 😄) . It was so so delicious 🥰🥰🥰 the food is very cheap for 4.7 stars hotel. Nice and clean. The staffs are very kind. We will come back for sure.

Used the Staycation package, enjoyed the breakfast and set menu. Staff was super kind and attentive. I got my room card deactivated and they were nice to help me a couple of times. Room was spacious and clean and a super comfortable stay. Wifi was good for the stay and I felt super comfortable relaxing in the hotel. Location is close to BTS sky rail and a short ride to Siam Paragon and other malls and walking distance to food and night markets as well.
