Fastest check-in in my life ”
I stayed one night in this hotel on the 14 February 2020 while on transit in Casa, I booked my stay through Agoda when I was at the train station, which was just next to the hotel. A few minutes later, I walked to the hotel, only to be surprised to fine the staff waiting for me with room card, and the check in process did not last more than two minutes, which is the fastest one I have experienced so far, the room was wonderful, spacious and spotless, I had an excellent day. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Poorly managed and dirty”
First I was given a smoking room, asked to change. Received a room with non-working A/C, asked to change again. Had two wait 20 minutes, got another smoking room. Room and facilities not clean, Wifi not working, lots of things missing at breakfast. This is the worst Accor property I ever stayed at.

Great location ”
Retreat from the hustle and bustle of busy Casablanca. Train station, taxi rank, Medina, eateries all in walking distance. Wifi, breakfast, kettle, fridge included. Travelling Aussies.

Good option for a quick overnight in Casablanca”
We stayed one night after arriving in Casablanca. The hotel is in a great spot right next to Casa Port. The staff were nice. The room was very basic but clean. Casablanca is nothing to see but that's not the hotel's fault!

Standard hotel ”
Near Casa port train station which makes this hotel is pretty convenient, it's in between the IBIS and Sofitel, all in the same area. A pretty standard Novotel hotel compare with all Novotel I stayed before, nothing to complain and nothing to be impressed either.

my family and i stayed for one night at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was very close to the medina where we did some last minute shopping for souvenirs before returning home after a week holiday in morocco.

Great location nice room”
Super close to casa port station. Staff training needs improvement. The front desk almost charge me twice for the room fee . I had o point it out and prove that I have already paid from my email confirmation, shouldnt it be in their system? During the whole conversation he is not very friendly I don't know why. Other than that I'm pleased with the room which is clean and comfortable. I also want to mention the bellboy who was very smiley and happy and helpful, he raised my rating of this hotel.

NOVOTEL IS NOVOTEL”
Novotel is almost the same everywhere, so you get the services and quality of a 4stars, nothing more nothing less. Hotel is located near the port, the medina so depending on where you have to go it might be a convenient location or not at all. For tourism it is good. Bad point: wifi wasn't working for me.

New Hotel and very good staff”
A brand spanking new hotel. Very luxurious and rooms with great views. The staff were very polite and helpful and it truly lived up to 5* star expectations. The bed, like al sofitel beds i have slept in was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. Very nice experience, but its not cheap.

Nice hotel, spacious room, good wifi. Reasonable fitness centre available. Restaurant seems over priced, very limited selection of TV channels, i found the bed uncomfortable (personal preference probably). nothing much to complain about, or praise either.

standard clean hotel, no surprises”
i booked this hotel because i had never been to morocco before and wanted a safe secure place to start and it was. this is a standard hotel and could be anywhere in the world. the room was clean, tasteful, good bed and shower. the service was efficient. i choose not to have breakfast here since it was 150mad and next door at the ibis it was 50 and was fine. i would recommend this hotel, it has no character but is safe, clean and predictable.

OK Hotel”
This hotel is just average. Location is close to Souk but nothing great at all. Rooms are definitely not worth the price. No coffee or tea or even kettle in the room. The only staff that was friendly was the receptionist, and everyone else was not bothered to help or very grumpy. Very very average

It is a good hotel for business. Good size lobby lounge. Basic business hotel, no frills. Not used to the bathroom and toilet are separated. Bathrooms are small. Rooms standard size.
