Good located hotel with awful service”
we chose the hotel for the reason it was nearby eindhoven airport. but without automobile it is not easy to get to the hotel since the hotel was behind a small forest and couldn't be seen directly. the service was awful because they gave us opposite direction in my first calling and declared they have no idea where i was even though i gave them a visible landmark second time calling. while arrival the hotel, the front desk teased at me and my friend with disrespect attitude. a good service is teat the guest like they live at home. at least assist guest get to the hotel with right direction. their bad service undoubtedly break novotel's good reputation.

Small hotel with lovely rooms”
Room was very clean ad spacious. However the hotel was located at least 400 m away from the nearest bus stop and it is pretty far from main attractions. Located near a highway with some patches of forested area, wild bunnies could be seen from time to time.

Prima hotel, vlak bij Eindhoven Airport, en in een mooie omgeving. De kamers waren schoon, netjes en stil. Bed was prima, en het is zeker de moeite waard om hier te overnachten.
