Good enough for business”
Great location for people wanting to be near the SECC. It has everything you need, even a complete gym and a washing machine area. Staff is professional, cleaning is well done. Just the room I got was a bit small so maybe can consider the bigger units for more comfort. Otherwise its ok. Lastly id say that this area is still rather well connected to D1 or D2 by car, Saigon is not that spread out. Also, a mall with extensive dining options is nearby, called the Crescent Mall, do check it out.

Great Location for Shows”
The hotel is located just about a 5 minute walk away from the Exhibition Center. The room is nice, staff very helpful and friendly, and they also have a great breakfast. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel near by the Exhibition Center.

Lovely small kitchen. Friendly for executive business travel. Hope that matress can be replaced gradually. The mattress sink gradually when i lay on the small spot. Breakfast is good.

Rooms are a bit dated. But location wise it's great if u are visiting for biz exhibitions. Will definitely be back. There is a 7-11 just below the hotels and restaurants as well.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this district is for you, less car honking around this area compared to the city central. Rooms are decent & facilities are plenty for your needs. Good stay overall

Great location in District 7. Cleaner air than in other district and lots of modern food outlets within walking distance. Nice for mid to long term stay with kitchen facilities. Gym is good size. Rooms are clean, well lit, good amenities and friendly helpful staff.

One of the nearest hotel from SECC(Saigon Exhibition Convention Center), only few minutes from there. - Convenience stores and cafes nearby - Smooth check-in and check-out - Friendly staffs It has a small kitchen in the room, therefore it is suitable for long stays.
