The location of the Novotel West, London is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it is close to central London and within walking distance of a local shopping mall, as well as a variety of exceptional dining options, vibrant environments, shops, and supermarkets. The tube station is just a 7-minute walk away, making travel to central London convenient. The room was generally clean and reasonably comfortable. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to meet my needs. Whether it was arranging parking or assisting with any requests, the team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. From a value perspective, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional experience. The combination of its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and good customer service makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning in the future.

“Generally a good location”
Hammersmith is pretty much a good area - plenty of food around, well-connected in terms of the tube. The room was a bit dated, with housekeeping staff unsure when to clean the rooms. We did come during the peak winter travel period before Christmas though, and breakfast was a nightmare for those few days. There was a long line to get into the breakfast room, so do avoid the 0830-1000 timing. Staff were great, friendly even though it was chaotic everywhere with big families and children running around. Rooms can be a bit small even for Asian sized people.

Excellent location, especially during the London Book Fair. The conference hall and the food offered were delicious, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. I love the piano in the foyer, which I was able to play while waiting for a taxi and the view from my bedroom window. I will return in the future and book here when I attend the London Book Fair. “Excellent”
Travelling with my adult son, twin room was nice and spacious, the beds were really comfortable and a great size. The shower over bath was a slight struggle for me to get in and out, but a lovely, clean and friendly hotel. Only drawback was breakfast was ordered overnight and never showed. After popping down to reception, realised it wasnt just our room that was forgotten. The staff member (Maria) was great and organised to have brunch delivered, free of charge. I would stay here again.

“Excellent location, substandard rooms”
Stayed here for 3 days. Upon check in, process was quick however , the front desk was quite inhospitable, looking quite irritable with our questions. We stayed in the superior room and it was huge and spacious, which is all the good thing I can say about it. Understand that the building is old, hence the room quality which is fine and acceptable. Housekeeping service was quite underwhelming and not attentive, in the instance that we find out cups not washed after returning from our day trip, and back of dirty, laundry and trolleys along the corridor outside of all rooms,. On our second day, a housekeeper mistakenly knock on our door at 8 am in the morning, and upon opening, she realised it’s the wrong room. The rooms are not exactly soundproof as well, and we can both staff and guest alike chatting loudly along the corridor multiple times throughout the day at night. Good place to stay just on the location wise, however there better more affordable options with better quality standards.
