This was my first time staying at Novotel Mangga Dua Square. I booked an Executive Premiere Room via Agoda, during a promotional discount and cashback offer for that room. My family and I stayed for 2 nights, but we checked in late, around 9 PM. I had previously informed them about the late check-in. The service from the Front Office was excellent, very welcoming and friendly. I got a room on the 9th floor. My first impression was very positive; the hallway leading to the room did not smell damp and was not dusty. 👍😍 The executive premier room was large, with a separate bedroom and living room, and there was a door between them. In the living room, there was a work desk, a sofa, a large TV, and a long buffet containing drinking equipment, an electric kettle, coffee and tea sachets, and 3 bottles of mineral water. The bed was king size, 180x200. There was also an iron and ironing board, a deposit box, and a large TV. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate bathtub and shower. We stayed on level 5 in an Executive Deluxe Room with 1 king-size bed. It was probably our nicest stay during our trip. The bath with the connecting open window to the bedroom was a nice touch. The rooms were very clean and modern with a soft aesthetic touch. Room service was 24hrs. Need more vegan options in the menu. The breakfast was amazing. So much variety. The staff and chef happily went out of their way to provide me with freshly cooked vegan dishes. My son enjoyed the Indo porridge and kids pancakes. We enjoyed the enormous pool. Very nice pool and has a kids pool too. There’s a fish pond outside on the other side of the restaurant. Located next to the Mangga Dua mall which has simple shops and restaurants and has an awesome kids indoor activity playground centre for kids under 10.

Situated within Mangga Dua Square, there's a large supermarket next door to get last minute snacks and multiple convenience stores for late night snacks! Walking distance to ITC Mangga Dua or hop on a tuk tuk that gets you there in a flash; I found the location ideal for a shopping trip especially with large loads where we could drop off and come back in a jiffy. The staff were friendly and greetings from the security and just any staff that passed you buy. The fitness centre was modern and clean and equipment were well maintained. Although the single beds were smaller than european size, it was super comfortable. Overall, great location for shopping!

stayed in an executive deluxe king. the room was hugeeeee even for 3 pax. our bed can fit all three of us comfortably. the room and hotel smell nice all the time. its an amazing stay. just that the location is in a mall, so when u take grab, make sure to pin it at gate 2. because if u pin at the hotel lobby, ull have to pay for the parking fee for the grab to enter the mall.

We requested non smoking room yet they put us in smoking floor. The so called ozone treatment was more like "thousand sprays of laundry perfume" that actually made us feeling nauseous upon entering the room. Too bad that this happened because the cleanliness was actually good. Just make sure that the soaps and shampoo are refilled because our handsoap was barely after few uses.
