Easy access with spacious room”

The hotel is located right next to the Metro Station so it's very easy to get into the city very easily. If you are travelling with kids, the room is big enough to fit 2 additional kids with the in-room sofa bed that the hotel offer for free. The breakfast is very good and there are all everything that you could hope for the breakfast in the morning. There is also a supermarket nearby the hotel and also some good restaurant surround.

nice and enjoy. for traveler with next destination by using train (thally) just by Metro no 8 stop at bastille and chang with no 5 go to Paris Du Nord Station

Good hotel in a quiet neighborhood”

The hotel is located away from city center and popular tourist spots. However, there was a metro station right in front of the hotel so commuting wasn't any issue. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The lobby had many games and toys which my son enjoyed a lot. The front office staff was also very supportive in arranging a taxi for us in the early morning and promptly completing the check-out formalities. We didn't try out the restaurants of the hotel so not sure about the food. But overall we had a good stay.

Weekend with Kids”

Worse hotel I have ever stayed in my life . They lied that it is a 4 stars hotel but the infrastructure is less than a bed and breakfast. The website picture is totally inaccurate and bathroom are made in plaster plastic. Called the room service for a spoon for the child yogurt and they ask us to come and get it ourselves downstairs. Receptionsist Mr Hamid is impolite and would not accommodate any request. Will never recommend this hotel for a 4 stars. May be for a 1 or 2 stars or bed and breakfast it will do. Very disappointed about Novotel to allow such a low quality to tarnished their brand

this was a great experience stay here, but a little far from the city center. after all, it was satisfied.

Liberte Metro station below hotel Bldg. Major plus point. Neat and clean. 30-40 mins from all attractions.

2 Nights Stay with young child”

1) Some of the staff members are extremely rude and not helpful 2) Very limited vegetarian / vegan food options 3) Takes at least 40 minutes to reach the centre of the city by Metro 4) Extremely poor hospitality and feel good. 5) Limited amenities in the room

Good for Families”

The room size is bigger than I expected. It’s location is very accessible to the city thru M8 a bit far from the city but nevertheless it’s still convenient and the neighbourhood is very quiet and has many choices of restaurants or you can just order Uber Eats😉 I would definitely go back here.

rien à dire sur l'hôtel. par contre je ne suis pas satisfaite du site de réservation agoda : - impossible d'annuler la chambre alors que cela n'est pas explicitement écrit au moment de la réservation - petit déjeuner comptabilisé par défaut, il ne faut pas oublier de l'annuler dans le cas où vous nous l'auriez pas pris, - au final 5 € de plus de débité (135€ au lieu de 130€) et j'en ignore la raison - pas de facture délivrée ni par l'hotel ni par le site internet agoda.
