Amazing hotel, wonderful staff”
The hotel has two wings, the Palm side is about a short 2 minute stroll to the beach. Should you chose to stay in the beach side, you'll find yourself surrounded by beautiful palm trees right in front of the amazing beach with coral reef. The area is a national park and protected. You can walk out of the hotel and directly step in to the crystal clear water of Red Sea! Enjoy the most beautiful sea life and snorkel on the reef with plenty of sea life. Hotel has different shows every night including DJ and belly dancing. The staff member are amazing, particularly the guest relation team, Miss Yaroslava, the management team Mr Musa, and all other staff who are prepared to go above and beyond to make sure you have a memorable stay. I highly recommend Novotel Sharm El Sheikh to anyone who wants to stay in one of the best part of Sharm El Sheikh, with an excellent hotel facility and staff members.

First time sherm”
I had to wait an hour for check-in. Arrived at 3 am and had to wait an hour without a reservation. I looked it up right away and it was hot. I'm tired, but it's 5 stars. The room is big and clean. The land side is better than the sea side. OK at meal time. But no one is masking. There is a reason for the increase in the number of people. There is no WiFi in the room and it's very slow in the lobby so don't be afraid. All meals are included for the price. It's cheap. But Cancun and Maraketsush are better at cospa.

This is my second stay. The food is not good and the room is ok. WiFi is slow, so you should bring your own WiFi. There are almost no measures against Covid. No one is masking. If you are interested, you should quit. I was also concerned.

A 5 star hotel but looks like a 3 star one”
Watch out that there two hotels; one on the beach and the other one “palm” on the other side. So if you’re on the palm when you need to cross the road to get to the beach. Don’t get surprised with the rude attitude of some of the staff especially at the reception. Furniture is worn out. Looks like they haven’t changed it since inauguration time.

Absolute terrible. I don’t usually write a review but i have to for this one. Food terrible. Checking in took 30 mins when there’s no queue. Room is very far from reception around 10mins walk. Room Key didn’t work twice within a day so I spent 45 mins waking back and forth just to get back to my room. Rude service with lazy employees. Ruined my holiday

Only two choices ”
If you go to Sharm it has to be Naama Bay not some outlier and the two best places hotels are this one and the former Marriott next door. Make sure you choose the Palm side of the hotel which is far superior than the Beach side.
