Centally located & functional hotel”
We were lucky and got upgraded from a standard room to a suite. Hotel is located centrally and within walking distance of historical Sao Paulo. Subway is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Taxi from the airport was BRL 110. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

A great location”
We very much liked our stay in the hotel, which is conveniently located at a 5 minute walk from Praca de Republica, which is the heart of Sao Paulo. Apart from being directly connected by the airport bus, Praca de Republica also houses a tourist information kiosk and is the starting location for the free walking tour. The street from Praca de Republica to the hotel has a few money exchange shops (called "Cambios") which offer a much better exchange rate than available at the airport. The hotel breakfast (which costed an additional BRL 36 per person) was also very good and is recommended!

Business hotel with reasonable price”
The room was clean and very comfortable. Maybe a bit small but enough for 1 person. According to my friends from Sao Paulo, the area around Republica is not so nice. You can take a bus (cost R$3) to Paulista Avenue. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, when i had some issue about my booking. And you can ask them about the airport shuttle bus, which is less around R$ 33 (don't remember the exact amount)

Met Novotel standards”
Well located, in Republica area of Sao Paolo. Clean and spacious room, good wifi and good service. "Padaria" (bakery/restaurant) is also available next door, along with a supermarket and a pharmacy, which is very convenient. Good stay!

The location of this hotel is really pleased, you could walk to the metro within 5 minutes. In the morning if you want to find breakfast, there is one beside the hotel which is, from my opinion, yummy. There is a minimart near the hotel as well, in proximity to the cafe. The buffet of the hotel contain less choices than what I expected. The room is old, but clean.

Overall, the experience is nice. The hotel is well-located and easily accessible to other tourist spots. Moreover, the lobby and the room are tidy, clean and comfortable. One thing needs to be improved is that staff attitude, they need to be more nice and friendly.
