A great place to stay near Yongsan Station.”
The room was equpped with a small kitchen, and could be handy for short-term visitors. Other than that, the lounge was closed during the pandemic situation. The executive lobby was also closed.

Overall place to sleep, big hotel not far from train station, so big hotel, do not expect anything just to be a number on the list. Room is clean but I will not remember this hotel...

I stayed suite with my family of 3 in this hotel . We had a most bad experience breakfast in their food exchange . We arrived restaurant at 9am which waited almost an hour to be seated . When we got our seat and get our food , they told us their breakfast will be close at 1030am which left 10mins for us to have our breakfast. While we are still eating , cleaner came in sweep the floor and clean up table . Omg we have to gave up eating and walk out angrily. I will never come back nor recommend this hotel . As for their management, they should look into this breakfast service seriously, seem like this problem have been there for very long .

First rate, connects to mall and Yongsan train station”
If you get a decent deal on this place, it's top-notch. Nice gym, sauna, and pool. Spacious and immaculate, comfy room. Delightful staff. In a big city in the US, it would cost >$300 a night. Don't eat in the hotel though. Unless you really want room service. There is a walking connection to the Yongsan train station and mall, with tons of more reasonable food options.

Found Luxury & Comfort At The Last Minute”
I needed a hotel for several days after a last minute business cancelation in another city. I found this hotel on Agoda and initially only booked for one night. Upon check-in and the initial interaction with several staff members I realized that I had found a diamond in the rough. The hotel has been open for approx. one year so it is still new and fresh. The staff are helpful and amazingly friendly. I booked for two more nights and thoroughly felt at home in this wonderful half-suite room. The room was equipped with a kitchenette and even had a small washing machine/dryer machine in the rear closet and luggage storage area. Great views of the river or the city. I will definitely be going back to this hotel the next time I’m in Seoul.

I have stayed at the hotel for 7 days and 6 nights. My experience in staying was wonderful. The room was clean, and the house keeper did the excellent job. All staffs were excellent. Plus, you would get almost everything in a big mall right next to the hotel. It is a just a 5 min. walk. A train station with a city metro is right next to the hotel. I will come back when I go Seoul in this winter. I just got back from Seoul and am planning to stay in this hotel for this winter. :-)

Very clean and modern hotel”
It was little confusing in the beginning since suite had different elevators. The rooms are spacious with a small kitchen and even a washer! The gym is on a small side but has everything you need. The pool can also be crowded if you go during the holidays. The view over the han river from the room is a must!

The room was quite big for the price. The location was good too, connected to the train station and mall by an above ground passage (which was nice because it was raining when we visited). Everything was brand new, staff were friendly. Pool was a bit busy in the afternoon/evening but quiet in the morning.

Very nice hotel”
I really love this hotel. Clean, fancy, nice view, kind staffs, nice skywalk between the malls and train/metro station. But considering this hotel is huge, this hotel has not enough restaurant nor not enough breakfast area. This hotel has only Korean&Western and Western restaurants. And breakfast area is bit small so many people have to wait in line to get a seat. But as I said above, this hotel is very nice. I stayed here several times and I will stay at this hotel again and I can recommend this hotel to my friends.
