Only stayed the one night but had great complementary beverages and was very comfortable. The room was spacious and very clean. Room service was timely and the bed was very comfortable. Just what was needed for an overnight stay. Parking no hassles and staff very informative and accommodating

We have stayed here a few times now and it is a terrific hotel. It’s very clean. The rooms and bathrooms are large and well equipped. The staff are super friendly and can’t help enough with any request. A special shout out to Nelson in front desk. What a gem!! He is so friendly, helpful and efficient and a genuine asset to the hotel. Let’s face it, Rooty Hill isn’t the social hub of the state but the hotels proximity to the club and it’s entertainment and dining facilities, certain sporting facilities and large Timezone Bowling facility makes it the perfect little weekend getaway for family or couples.

Wonderful personal welcome on arrival plus a room upgrade made a perfect start! Room was spacious and clean. View wasn’t good but we weren’t there to look out the window. Easy access to the Sydney Collesium and restaurants. Will book another concert and stay here again for sure!

I did have 1 issue. The tv had a lot of channels that had no signal, too many sports channels and channels that no longer exist. So you had to go through the TV guide to find a channel but then didn’t show programming.

stayed here to watch a show at the coliseum. Easy to get in and out with a large free car park. Next door to the RSL and the Coliseum. Great having a nice hotel to stay in and not have to go closer into Sydney city. Would stay here again.

Located within the Rooty Hill RSL complex. Heaps of car parking space, easy access, huge rooms, soft-ish beds and plenty of pillows. Easy access to food and entertainment for adults and the kids.

Shit on my face towel”
I got out of the shower and went to use a face towel to wipe my face and there was human poo on it, literal poo. I took it down to the front desk and was told to have a free breakfast the next morning before 11 went to have breakfast at 10:15 and it was shut.

The entire hotel has a very off smell. In the room was even worse and all the linen towels etc smelt.
