Beautiful view of Basilica”
We arrived as three friends however there was no linen for the spare bed. I contacted the team as reception was closed and they offered an extra room and gave us the code for the key safe. The rooms are well presented and clean. Very good value for money. Excellent location. Slightly tricky getting in to the room after reception was closed, instructions could be slightly clearer. Although it was fun and felt like an 'escape room', when you are in desperate need for the toilet it can be a little challenging. Would definitely come back.

Here is very convenient. Walking to train station and market only 3 mins. Also easy take Metro to visit other place. In hotel hv elevator but still hv some stage from reception.

This is a surprisingly lovely place, bit worn off but very good value. I particularly enjoyed the cheap and diverse breakfast as well the cheerful and very friendly Austrian staff.

Location is great as just a few mins walk from Wien Haupbahnhof. Staffs are helpful. However , the WIFI access was totally not function at all. A genuine feedback to the hotel mgmt is kindly try to avoid a repairs work early in the morning as it will disturb customer's sleep.

Housekeeping needs to improve, for 2days the hand soap was not replenished, noticed the floor wasn't swept as the tissue left behind by previous guest was still there when i checked out. I happened to pick up something i dropped when i saw the tissues. Water pressure for shower is quite weak. Heater for room during winter was strong enough.

Nice room in central location”
The hotel is located right opposite Vienna HBF, walking distance to U1 line is about 200 meters. The room is nicely decorated with big armchair. Front staff are friendly and helpful. Hairdryer is provided but not kettle. Highly recommended!

Hotel Congress review”
Location wise very good. Just across the street to main central train station. Halal kebab eatery is also just right at the corner. Money worth for the price I paid. However there is no air flow if I don't open the window as there is no air conditioner. And opening the window will make it noisy from the sound of cars from the main street in front of the hotel. The shower head holder in my room is broken and not fixed. The TV doesn't have any English speaking channel that can cater to tourist like me that don't speak German. However I still would recommend the hotel for the location and price worth.

A Room for 1 Day Layover (not summer)”
This room is a great location hotel where just opposite Wein Central Train Terminal. But it is not recommended to stay during summer, this room without fan/aircon facilities. You are good to choose this only in winter.
