This hotel boasts a stunning location with breathtaking views of the Basilica. Guests also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff service. The hotel offers great value for money with comfortable beds, well-presented and clean rooms. The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring the city.
Despite the stunning views, some guests were let down by poor room quality and cleanliness. Air conditioning and heating may cause discomfort.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel in 2 different rooms. The first one was front room to the main street which was very boisy at night from some working machines since its right infront the central station. We requested room change the last two nights and they gladly did Nd was very quiet and good. The cleaning staff is very good loay and ahmed the place was spotless. The only downside is that there is no kettle in the room and bathroom is small. But i would go there again. Also the. Breakfast is good. Not much choices though but great coffee
Loved this place and loved the whole staff starting from reception to the cleaning staff Diaa and Loay ending with restaurant lady. All was helpful and nice. Room was spotless thanks to Diaa and Loay and also the staff was very responsive regardless the shift day or night. The only downside is that there is no kettle or mini fridge in the room...would have made this place a 100/10
This hotel is all I need. Very clean, great location and staff super friendly. It’s right by the central train station so getting around is so easy. But, no AC. I ended up ok with it but I’ll say I would have slept better with AC. If AC is a big concern for you, I probably won’t book it.
It's convenient as it's near to all forms of transportation. Location is a plus with the central station just a walking distance.Room is very spacious and clean overall I will be booking the hotel again in my future travel to vienna and will recommend to friend and relatives.

“Nice stay but need improvement”
The hotel name is a bit confusing as they have 2 hotels sharing same name on the same street. This one is run by IHG group, the google map also can't locate the hotel properly so we had trouble looking for it as we exited the train station. In fact, it is quite near. The unit has 3 beds, cosy to stay, super comfortable bed. Bathroom is cramp and small. The hotel has a lift so if you carry big luggages it would be convenient however it is very cramp. One improvement is needed for the facilities, i asked to borrow iron from receptionist. They said some guest took it so i waited for hours yet no one return. End up i couldn't use to iron my clothes before heading out. It is a bit unacceptable for me as the whole hotel only has 1 iron available. The lady receptionist seemed a bit inpatient. It could be further improved.
