Near to shopping Area”
The hotel is near the train station, supermarket and shopping area. Everything is just walking distance from the hotel. The only problem i had was unloading our luggage on arrival . We had to park the car in a public parking area and wheel our luggage to the hotel (like 500meter to the hotel.)

The hotel seems close to station but actually it was quite far, we must take under pass to the Stuttgart Hbf (can not cross the street) and not so many people take the underpass, so for girl/woman perhaps not quite safe to go alone. Value for money, old design room, kettle is not available inside room.

Very old hotel and building, no air conditioning in room, facing the main road and very noisy, the first room I was assigned bathroom smell due to old building pipe issues. Breakfast very basic and understaffed. Only Good location next to station is all.

Staff wasn’t friendly. Hotel is quite old and it’s very noisy at night. Location was great. But you can get a better hotel and closer to the center for the same price.

Location is just diagonally across Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. From the HBF, it is just a 5 mins walk to the hotel. Hotel is clean and nice, staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is also near the main stuttgart shopping area, about 10mins walk from the hotel. Overall it was great value for money and a comfortable stay. Will choose this hotel again when I visit Stuttgart.

Very expensive for a tiny room but great location and clean”
This Novum Hotel is very well located which was also the reason for me to choose it as I needed short ways from and to the train stations. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was overall sufficient for two nights. But even though I knew the room would be small I actually was still surprised how tiny it was. Btw. against to Agodas information they provided three towels. I have payed 73 € a night which was excluding breakfast (additional 15 €) and in my opinion this price is only that high because of its location. I have stayed in much better hotels with a better service and including breakfast for definitely less money. But that's how it is in Stuttgart. However, overall I still would recommend to stay there for a few nights as I can't really say anything negative but the price.

Within budget and have all essentials”
This is a great hotel if budget is a constraint for you. The location is superb, just at Stuttgart main station exit. Many good restaurants and all kinds of shop nearby. Best part is free Wi-Fi which is hard to get in Europe. Internet connection is just superb. Will recommend this for all junior business travellers who does not need luxury, but need to feel the city pulse.

Good Location and friendly staff”
The location is near to Stuttgart HBF & easy access to King street. The staff generally is helpful, especially one of Chinese guy and blonde hair young white lady that wearing spec. However do have one white female staff that a bit more heavy weight is quite rude. Generally I am satisfy with the 2 weeks stay in this hotel.

Excellent Location”
Excellent location for shopping and commuting. Located about 100 m next to the pedestrian shopping street Koenigsstrasse and opposite the main station where all long distance trains, subways, local trains, busses and taxis are available. The rooms are very small and price was comparably high, I assume this was due to the christmas market in Stuttgart. Free internet access was an added bonus as this is not common in Germany and often highly charged. For business travelers but also shoppers who have little time, a recommendable hotel.
