Overall the Dreams Resort was a 3.5 on a scale of 5. Rates itself a 4.5- not !!!! Food was excellent, bar servers were top notch both inside and out and the Concierge people in the Premium Club were ok except for one lady who was excellent and I neglected to get her name. Overall cleanliness could have better especially the pools...swim up bar was disgusting ! The major problem is the restaurant booking system and they really need to make some changes as it was an absolute nightmare to figure out their booking system. Italian Restaurant Adults Only, we couldn't get in for 3 hours and we kept being to ld to come back every 20 minutes to check wait times. Other people were getting buzzers to be notified and other people were not . No explanation could be given..... ? The buffet was always busy but we were able to get in quickly and food was good. The Mexican Restaurant had good food and they were always most accommodating. The Asian Restaurant needed better quality of food. The Soup had no flavor and no noodles! The Seafood Restaurant had a very limited seafood menu but the steaks were very good and the Cauliflower soup and hose salad were amazing. Limited seating and some kind of Bottle service on the upper level that could not be explained to us. The Secrets Resort next door ( Adults Only) had a lovely French Restaurant that accepted what they considered a reservation, go between 6:30 and 8:30 and you will get in.... NOT! Had to wait and hour and a half, got in at 9:30! Seriously changes need to be made to how their booking system works. Our understanding is that they were severely understaffed but the staff that were working, worked long hours. Most All-Inclusive Resorts provide you with a weekly schedule of activities but they only posted daily and we had no idea what events were taking place all week !!!! Shut down the main pool area one day to set up for a Mexican Fiesta so no one had access to chairs around the pool for the whole day. Mexican Fiesta was fun ..

We had an amazing swim out room into a private pool shared with only 4 other rooms. Was a beautiful resort with great views in the bay of puerto Vallarta!
