Great House, Great Hospitality”
We stayed in the two-bedroom suite, four of us all enjoyed the NPF Villa very much. Transportation is easy by the GrabTaxi mobile app, so it's just 5-10 mins drive into old town. The host has kindly given us many tips on what we can do around Ipoh, very resourceful in a timely manner. I am really grateful for the efficient response on whatsapp so even when I am outside they were very kind to have given me guides on my tour in Ipoh. Everything was clean and tidy and the house itself is beautiful. It will be my home away from home and I will go back when I visit Ipoh again.

Nice Getaway in Ipoh”
NPF Bali is a nice little place in Ipoh for couples looking some alone time. The room was nice, spacious & clean. A nice balcony facing the city view. The front desk staf / house keeping staff was very helpful and polite. The place is very private, with only the guest are given remote to the front gate. But there seem to br limited parking space, but manageable during our stay due to low room occupancy. Will surely stay here again if the price is right.

A little out of Ipoh centre (about 10RM in taxi) but close to 2 good wet markets and some excellent restaurants. Ng went out of his way to ensure any of our needs were met even taki g us to the train station at 0420 in the morni g. A beautiful residence with an enthusiastic and welcoming host. Will definitely stay again.

Environment is awesome”
I went with a group of friends. Total is 5 person including me. First enter the gate, we were excited, the environment is nice! The design of the living room and rooms are good, feeling comfortable. Overall is good, clean, spacious room, remote control the aircond, fans and lights. But me and my friends got the two rooms joint together so we got to share the one bathroom, which is a little bit not convenient. If can inform the guest earlier which is better. Definitely will come again next time. Beside this villa got another hotel which under same owner, will pay again to visit the second one, which I forgot the name. Nice staff to welcome us and cooked awesome breakfast for us.

Not worth the money”
Spending almost rm300 for a room like this is a waste of money. Yes, the room is big and clean, but the lights are faulty, power extension is faulty, room deco is old and the curtain is awful. Sleeping at night is even worse as the house is next to a main road and the noise from the motorcycles is non-stop from midnight until morning. I have a hard time trying to sleep. From the room, I can even hear printers sound from the reception area. The main door is difficult to open and close. Coming out from the room, they are a bunch of guest from nowhere, perhaps the owners relative or friends staring at us commenting that this place is a homestay. The reception is also separated to 2 different sections, NPF Villa and NPF Bali? How would i know the different as I thought its the same place? The parking is tight and difficult to get out as the main road is always full of cars passing through. If the owner is reading this, please fix all the above problems.

Everything was Ok”
Everything was Fine, need to improve on receptionist part. When I arrived have to wait around 15 mins before staff open gate for us. Suggest to put a number at the NFP villa gate there.

I book room with special request (Birthday ) decoration. We appreciate that Mr. Ng prepare anything for us. Update us the list to visit and food junction. Good service with manners. Executive room do have a bathtub and big space . We feel like home.

Amazing experience ”
When I saw the pictures it was really beautiful but I doubt as the pictures mostly just for attracting people to book the place. As soon as I booked and checked in me n my bestie love the place. It was clean, beautiful with their landscape and I had really wonderful time. The staff was great and helpful too. I will return back to enjoy the place.

The boutique hotel is in small mansion that has a few bedrooms for let. It is furnished in a curious mix of Chinese antique and western styles. The place is comfortable but the front rooms face a busy main road so it can be a bit noisy if you are a late riser. Rooms are comfortable but no cable TV.
