I think rhat the room I stayed in requires a list of maintainable, the flooring in the room came off, the matters and the bed d
frame does not fit. it resulted to us running into the corners of the bed frame. the toilet taps is leaking, rooms seems to smells moldy throughout the entire stay. the best thing is that I only found out that you can't lock the sliding window when I was about to go to bed. this is room #9. I hope that the resort owner can fix all this before assigning the room to other tourist during this low season.

The room was very simple and small. But was clean and cozy. I would say the double room is better to be taken for a single person. But the price is very high. Actually every hotel on the island sets the super high price for the rooms. And there is no any reason for this. Koh Lipe was like a paradise 4-5 years ago. But not it is a dirty island with MANY MANY MANY motobykes per square meter. So the every hotel here is overpriced. Unfrtunately...

It's not as dirty as described in other reviews. It's ok but expensive for the money you pay. Location is good, close to walking street but not noisy at night. You can hear your neighbors talking though. Service is not good.

good location to get to walking street and sunrise beach.”
food at the cafeteria is yummy and reasonably priced. the lady mending front counter is also very helpful and polite and the uncle who fetches hotel guests and help cleaning the rooms never cease to give us a smile each time seeing us. The girl tending to the cafeteria has mood swings. on our first day she was nice, the rest of the time she showed us sour face and was sulking when we turned up 1/2 hr early for breakfast. we didnt expect anything though, was just sitting around waiting for our breakkies to be done and she was unhappy -__-
