Top Notch Homestay - Wonderful Staff”
We loved the Nu Ni Homestay! We found our hostess spoke excellent English and provided us with many excellent things to do and terrific Banh Mi and Cau Lau restaurants as well as wonderful coffee shops to try. Our room was large and had double doors that opened to a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. The hotel also had a lovely little pool that looked inviting, though we didn't have time to use it. Our hostess offered laundry service for a reasonable fee, which was very helpful. The homestay is well located, just outside of the Old Town but down a quaint alley way, and is very peaceful.

Fantastic stay!”
We stayed here for 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was lovely and helped us book tours. The laundry service was excellent. I would definitely go back in an instant. It was walking distance to the old city and river which made it the perfect location as well

Great stay ”
Really enjoyed our stay at NuNi- comfy beds and very clean. Only few minor things are when we booked we thought we have a private balcony but this was actually shared. We also found it slightly annoying to have to take our shoes off but equally it probably helped keep it so clean and was a minor inconvenience.

We were upgraded to a nicer room when we arrived that had a balcony. The room was clean and spacious. Also, the staff gave us recommendations on where to eat local food and they were all delicious spots. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and the night market.

Nice hotel near centre of Hoi An”
Tucked away off the main road, this hotel is near the centre, good by Vietnamese standards, clean and comfortable for western visitors. Ver friendly, even provided umbrellas for the unseasonably rainy weather we encountered.

Best place to stay in Hoi An”
This was my second time in Hoi An as well as my second time at Nu Ni. This home stay has big spacious rooms, big showers, an optimal location and they can organize a lot of things for you. We gladly took them up on their offer to organize a transport from Da Nang to Hoi An for us. If I’m visiting Hoi An again, I’ll probably stay here again.

Best balance between quality and price.”
Do not expect a 5 stars hotel because it is not a luxury place… however, it is a clean hotel located very close to the old quarter and with a fantastic staff that will do everything to make you feel genuinely welcome. I only give 5 stars when something really goes beyond all the possible expectations in terms of the balance between conditions and price… and the staff made it possible. They are great! (& they also speak good English)

Exceptional”
NuNi Homestay is located in the center of Hoi An and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the Old Town. The city beach is only 3 km away and easy to reach by motorbike. The host was very friendly and helpful (booking day trips, train tickets etc.). The rooms were clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend NuNi :)

Wonderful location. Very clean. Breakfast was great and the rooms and pool too. The staff is very kind and had us leave our luggage the day we left and also use the pool and showers before leaving! Absolutely recommended!!

It's a homestay but the facility is like a hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The staff/owner are friendly. Local foods could be found within a walking distance. This homestay is my favorite whenever I visit HoiAn.

Only have one comment, there is no compliment mineral water provided. Highly recommend it as it is a very clean, friendly host, within walking distance to Ancient City and food around the area.
